---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STRENGTHS:
  • Durgur is physically adept, and well practiced in Iridonian martial arts, enough to beat just about any common brawler.
  • Durgur is also familiar with the use of a sword, primarily the vibrosword or vibroblade.
  • Apprenticing under his father as a weaponsmith, Durgur knows how to assemble a variety of weapons, primarily melee weapons, like daggers or blades, as well as assembling their advanced 'vibro' counterparts.
Weaknesses:
  • Durgur, due to how he grew up, has a weak personality, and can easily be influenced by those who have a stronger presence than him.
  • Durgur has known little else other than his two favored art forms, those being martial arts and weapon smithing, as such, he's slow to learn anything that's too different from what he already knows.
  • Subtlety isn't one of Durgur's strong points, and he falters in situations where a dead on approach isn't an option, like sneaking around, or discreetly trying to gather information.
APPEARANCE:
A tall, fresh faced Zabrak, Durgur is 6'2'', and has dark brown skin, orange eyes, several small horns on his head, and black hair. His hair is fashioned to go between his horns down the middle of his head, the rest of his head is shaved, and he lacks eyebrows or facial hair. Durgur has an athletic build, but not an especially heavy one, reflective of his martial training. Has black facial tattoos on his face, indicating his lineage.

BIOGRAPHY: Durgur was born on Iridonia, a planet known for it's harsh conditions, the conditions that forged the Zabrak race. Durgur lived with his mother and father, both of them teaching him the very physical Zabrak martial arts, and weapon smithing that was common place on the planet. One day, Durgur's mother succumbed to the harsh conditions of the planet, dying to one of it's hardy beasts in a hunt. Durgur's father took him away from Iridonia, but not before felling the beast that took Durgur's mother away.

Durgur and his father than took to constant migrating from one planet to another, gravitating more towards the outer rim. Durgur's father continued Durgur's martial training and teaching him about weapon smithing, which is primarily how Dugur's father made a living, by selling weapons. Durgur did, however, have another method of making credits. He'd often enter melee fighting arenas of varying legality, and would walk away with the prize money more often than not.

However, not every victory of his was simply accepted. One day, his father won a fight that a group of pirates had bet quite a bit of money on the other fighter winning. The result was an attempt to extort Durgur's father of the money they lost. Naturally, he resisted, taking a vibroblade and swinging at the pirates who attempted to rob him. He killed only one, before the others shot him down with blasters. Durgur, attracted to the chaos, and seeing his own father slain, prompted him to fight as well. Durgur, 16 at the time, fought without a weapon, and though he left plenty of injuries to his assailants, he was overpowered and captured.

Ultimately, Durgur was recruited into the crew, to make up for the money his father made them lose. Durgur spent his time makng weapons for them, primarily different kinds of blades, and Durgur was was put into fights similar to the ones his father was put in to make credits for them. At first, Durgur was poorly treated, due to the mediocrity of his fighting and smithing, but as time went on, he improved in both areas, enough to make credits for the crew, which prompted them not to treat him poorly. Despite that, Durgur still could never feel any sort of comradery to the ones who killed his father, as such, when the pirates were threatened by bounty hunters, Durgur left on an escape pod, leaving the crew to their fate, and discovering his own.
