- Uses the Solar Powered Rylith Power Cell, able to be used in survival situations by simply letting it recharge or in regular charging fashion.
- E-11 Electroscope Accelerator: While a bit unusual, it still retains a power accelerator upon using the old technology, making it much more dangerous when focusing down a target in single shot mode. When activated, the additional scope will pop up from the middle and start accelerating each blaster bolt in a higher energy capacity.
- Blaster Carbine, Simple and Compact: It can compact onto itself and make itself easy for storage, it is also rather simple to use.
- I See You, BANG!: It almost doubles as a marksman blaster carbine, having the ability to switch to Electroscope mode to single out targets from much further distances.
- Hard to Repair: With so many moving parts, it is not simple to repair on the field. It is recommended to keep it from as much damage as possible.
- Electroscope Wind-Down: It requires a bit of time after deactivating to wind it down, making it a in-between of Electroscope and Regular mode in terms of Damage Output and Recoil.
Blaster Carbines existed in varying degrees for many millennia and been a staple of many militaries around the galaxy. This one, is no different and utilizes more ancient technology to help further its own goals. Salvaging pieces of technology and mostly through now expired patents, Haon Hafey recreated the E-11 Electroscope for a next generation of soldiers to use. The E-71 Blaster Carbine is a callback to classic technology but in a new modern twist, being easy to store just like its predecessors but having the same marksmen quality like before.
