Invasion of Togoria
On April 15th, the OS will be launching our first offensive invasion of 2016. Our target is The Galactic Republic controlled world of Togoria. It's a high-stakes invasion, as it is a potential cloud-break target. Most of you have already posted in the OOC thread, but for those who haven't: Here is the invasion thread posted in RP discussion. That'll be where you can find opponents, create scenarios, or just post OOC.So everyone, let's work together, and strike a crippling blow to the GR!
The Inquisition
Late last month, we made the announcement that we'd be implementing a new organization within the OS. That is, of course, the OS Inquisition. We're still in the process of getting some lore threads up, but we've got the foundation down. I've put a rank thread up, containing all the Inquisition ranks, descriptions of them, as well as rank titles for members to put in their signatures. So you haven't seen it, and are interested in playing an Inquisitor, go check it out.On a personal note: I'm very happy with the amount of interest everyone has shown in the concept. I look forward to all of us building it up, and turning it into something great.
Member of The Month
I'm happy to announce [member="Tymon"] as March's Member of The Month! Tymon is a relatively new member of the OS, who does quality, and hasn't hesitated to jump in to all manner of OS dominions, and invasions threads. Keep up the good work, Tymon.
Faction Feedback: Moff System
In my inaugural news post, I said we would start doing faction feedback threads. The goal of these would be to discuss ideas with the faction, so that we could shape them better to your needs, before we implement them. The first of these posts is up, and focuses on a replacement for the ill-fated Will system. So if you have ideas for a political system, or want to critique the ones already posted, join in the thread and share them. Our goal is to create something that would get people interested in rping political characters, and we can achieve that better if we all come together as a faction, and come up with a great idea.Faction Staff Feedback
The other faction feedback thread is focused on us, the staff! We just want to touch base with everyone, and see how our leadership has been in the month since I was elected Faction Owner. So if you guys like what we're doing, or think there are places we could improve, post in there and let us know! I'm serious about wanting to do more than the bare-minimum for you, our members. The goal is to create the best faction on the board for everyone....and Finally
