Earning Credits (Invite only)

The Galaxy was a place where some forms of currency spoke louder than words. One of those forms, was credits. Credits were a currency almost everyone accepted, and could get used to. Given that he was low on credits, and had recently come up with the design for a Star Fighter of sorts he planned on selling anyway, Warren had recently advertised he had a design for a Star Fighter for sell. This had led him to a secluded bar on Tatooine where he didn't like to go, as it was close to an area frequented by Tusken Raiders. Hiring someone to eliminate them, all of them from Tatooine was soon going to prove in his best interests, perhaps. If they became hostile, anyway he'd resort to such a thing.

Sitting on a chair, Warren waited.

There was a ship design for sale, and Circe wanted it. She was here solely for the purpose of purchasing the design - nothing else. Finally arriving, she sat down in a chair directly across from Warren. "I suppose it's time to make the deal that was previously arranged. Six hundred thousand credits in exchange for the Mantis fighter's design. Agreed?"

This seemed simple enough.

"Yes..." said Warren, pulling out a small mini disc that contained the information out of a pocket on his clothing. This mini disc contained the only copy of the Mantis Fighter Design in existence, other than the copy in his memory. Later, Warren would upgrade the technology of the Mantis personally, and sell a newer version but Circe wouldn't know that. "As agreed, it's 600,000 for the Mantis Fighter. The only copy of the design is right in my hand. Once I've been wired the credits, you can have the design."

She nodded, quickly typing something into a datapad. His own would likely ding to inform him of the credits transferred instantaneously into his account - the perfect proof indicated that her desire to purchase his design was legitimate. "Alright, I've fulfilled my part of the bargain. Now if you'd be so kind as to give me the designs..."

After all, that was how the business went.

Warren nodded, and handed her the disc. "I was unable to forget the design from my memory, but this is the only copy of the design that exists. Should you lose it, I'd be happy to try and type it up again from memory." With that, he handed her the disc. For now he'd have the credits he needed to create a vehicle that he could sell, and in turn use to earn more credits.
