  Edrick "Eddie" Edo was once a promising Jedi Padawan, known within the New Jedi Order for his tireless work ethic and unshakable dedication to the ideals of peace and discipline. Born into a Force-sensitive family, Edrick was the eldest son—a natural leader and protector—whose sense of duty developed early. From the moment he stepped into the Jedi Temple, he gave everything to the Order. He studied harder than anyone, trained longer, meditated deeper. For many, he embodied the Jedi way. But when the time came to face the Knight Trials, his efforts were not enough. He failed, not dramatically, but definitively, and with no second chances.
  
  To make matters worse, his younger brother, Elias Edo —barely more than a teenager at the time—passed the Knight Trials on his first attempt. Where Edrick was discipline and patience, Elias was instinct and talent. While others praised Elias for his potential, Edrick quietly broke apart inside. The Order, which once felt like home, became a cold reminder of his inadequacy. Edrick stayed for a time, doing what he could in the shadows of those he'd once trained beside, until he finally drifted away, unannounced and unmissed.
  
  Edrick found new purpose in exile, not in redemption but in rebellion. He was drawn to a fringe movement called The New Way—a secretive, radical collective dedicated to one goal: the eradication of the Force and all who wield it. They believed the Force itself was a curse upon the galaxy, breeding conflict and imbalance through its chosen few. To them, the Jedi and Sith were just two sides of the same destructive coin. For the first time since leaving the Temple, Edrick felt heard. He lent The New Way not just his skill with a saber but his deep knowledge of Jedi philosophy, tactics, and vulnerabilities.
  
  Now a strategist and quiet leader within The New Way, Edrick Edo is no longer the obedient Padawan, but something more dangerous—a man forged in rejection, guided by conviction, and armed with intimate knowledge of his former Order. He has become a ghost in the shadows of the galaxy, dismantling the legacy he once fought to uphold.
