- Lightsaber Combat - The EG-X Prototype has a programmed mastery of all seven forms of Lightsaber Combat, with an immense amount of data and holorecordings as a point of reference. The EG-X can more or less perfectly replicate every form, without the weaknesses an organic might face, such as shaky hands or lack of focus.

- Overconfidence - Due to it's unique nature and advanced programming, the EG-X Prototype sports an inflated opinion of itself. It believes itself to be the perfect leader and killing machine, built to bring victory for Darth Xyrah. As such, it will likely refuse to believe it can be defeated, and will desperately fight even if heavy losses might be sustained. To know defeat would definitely cause the droid to act erratically for a short while.
- Expensive - The EG-X Prototype has taken a great deal of money and time to produce. As such, the destruction of this unit would prove to be costly, and replacement would take time, a flaw that may hopefully be solved with future models.
- Sonic Weapons - Sonic Weaponry can cause havoc to the EG-X's sensitive audioreceptors, temporaily scrambling it's senses and leaving it vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Designed and built by Darth Xyrah's own hands, the EG-X Prototype is the end result of a long period of research, design and construction. Built to serve as the forerunner for a future model of droid built to combat force sensitives on equal terms, the EG-X is regardless a unique and very special machine. It took great effort to obtain and create the necessary combat data necessary to construct it's lightsaber combat programming, but the end result is a droid that can wield the iconic weapons of the Jedi and Sith with lethal efficiency.
It's durasteel chassis is reinforced with cortosis plating, granting it a great amount of resistance to it's opponents own lightsabers, as well as energy weapons, making it incredibly difficult to kill by rival Jedi or Sith. Alongside it's force sensitive killing capabilities, however, is a full suite of tactical and strategic programming comparable to a Super Tactical Droid, making the EG-X a formidable general as well. Programming perfect for it's planned role, as Darth Xyrah intends to make his creation his new top general and leader of his gradually expanding droid military forces.
