Role: Mara's Force tutor, interpreter, image consultant, chief of staff, chief of wardrobe, and occasional bodyguard. A correspondence instructor for the Kathol Technical Academy, teaching first contact procedures.

Appearance: Eiarra bears the Greater and Lesser Marks of Attainment from the Chalactan Adepts: two chrome studs affixed to bone on her forehead and the bridge of her nose. She wears business clothing, executive quality. Like most Chalactans, she has brown skin and straight black hair.
Personality: Reserved, professional, a bit repressed. Think a nun who became a ranking civil servant.
Weapon of Choice: Blaster pistol, knife if absolutely necessary.
Wealth: Eiarra is chief of staff to one of the richest people in the galaxy. She ain't hurtin'.
Combat Function: In most combat settings, Eiarra plays a supporting role only. Eiarra has Underground training, and tribal warfare experience on Nam Chorios, but she is not a dedicated combatant. Her combat function at the Ilum Enclave Massacre typifies her standard forms of participation. She provided long-range audio surveillance using Theran Listener techniques, giving the party a good idea of the enemy's location and number. In actual battle, she provided supporting fire and dragged the injured to safety. She is not a front-line fighter, but is competent at setting traps and garrotting/knifing people from the shadows if need be. She does not carry a large melee weapon and would have little success with any such weapon, apart from perhaps a short staff.
Skills: Eiarra is a high-ranking Chalactan Adept and a Theran Listener.

It should be noted that Eiarra does not have Jedi training. She can't use a lightsabre. Her grasp of what the Jedi would call 'core powers' is fairly minimal and utilitarian for the most part. Her Force skillset has few serious overlaps with your average Force-sensitive's abilities.

Other Notes:

• Eiarra's background is multilayered and enigmatic. Even Mara knows very little of it. Jorus Merrill clearly trusted her enough to recommend her, but nobody really knows how and why she went from Nam Chorios to Chalacta to the Underground -- or from the Underground to Chalacta to Nam Chorios, if that's how it happened.
• Eiarra is completely asexual.
• The Ilum Enclave Massacre gave Eiarra some degree of post-traumatic stress. As a result, she has been recuperating in the Kathol Outback, teaching a class on first contact procedures in association with the Kathol Technical Academy's moving campus, the Aegis of Dayark. She teaches both in person and by correspondence as her other duties allow.
• When not in Kathol territory, Eiarra is commonly found at Castle Miriamele, or on Mara's ship, the Scar of Ilum.

Intent: A foil and sounding board for Mara, and a crucial cog in the machine that keeps Mara's gigantic fortune rolling along. A tutor in obscure Force traditions. A vital asset in first contact situations. A teacher for KathTech, as well as a possible Kathol-aligned Force enclave.

There is plenty of solid development for this character here and it is also nice to see a different type of FU come through here. I actually had no idea this was a thing.
