SETTING INFORMATION
- Star System Name: Elenna System.
- Star System Alias: Evenstar Nebula.
- Region: Mid Rim.
- Accessibility: Surrounded by a nebulous cloud of dust, the Elenna System was once the proud site of an important mercantile petty-kingdom, time and patience had destroyed that. Their system is now infested by criminals and outlaws, nearby stars ignore them for their inhabitants did their best to try and be just what they are now: forgotten.
- Description: A lustful, vicious, and dark place. The Elenna System is one of the most dangerous systems in the galaxy. Its space is filled with monstrosities, slavers, and criminals, its stars are no less worst. Some are occupied by the most dangerous species of animals in the galaxy, while others may be occupied by sentient beings, they are more than dedicated to ripping arms and devouring foreigners just for the sport.
SYSTEM INFORMATION
- Size: Large.
- Wealth: Medium. Despite its riches in natural resources, the Elenna System has an 'ordinary' foot on the galactic market. Due to being surrounded by a Nebula and the ferocity of its inhabitants much like its high number of outlaws and pirates, the Elenna System has a poor display in its mercantile way of living, if compared to nearby systems.

- Native Species:
- Great Solregen (Twin-Star System) - The system's only remaining star. A massive ball of red fire, Solregen is a elder red sun and provides not only light, but the means for life to exist in this system. It is said that he had a smaller 'sibling' with the same name, but less stable than he was and consisting much more of primitive pure energy so volatile that it took countless years before it exploded, filling the entire system with life.
- The Thousand Deaths (Asteroid Belt) - Not only being surrounded by a nebula and assaulted by sporadic electrical storms, the Elenna System has a deadly last little trap in the shape of a massive cloud of asteroids that roams around its system in higher speed than those normally found in the galaxy. This cloud is said to increase itself every year, by adding debris of starships and other asteroids to its shape. The Thousand Deaths can be quite the event for some planets as its passing every year is known of being celebrated by its population, and according to some rumors, many crime bosses are known of releasing others in that asteroid cloud without their hyperdrives as means of clever punishment for the poor bastards. Anually they also host a infamous starfighter racing around the Thousand Deaths.
- The Star-Island of Paeti (Space Station) - Formerly an mining colony that belonged to the Paeti Mining Company, this massive space station is known for hosting many individuals and also as the largest trading center in the entire system, responsible for at least thirty percent of Elenna's trade. Floating above the moons of Braavos mining its resources, the space station was taken from the Paeti Mining Company long ago and is know ruled by the Vliomani Family of Personal Affairs, a wealthy family with strong ties with the galactic underworld.
- Mossovy (Celestial Body I) - A gigantic planet and Elenna's largest star. The planet is one of the closest to its large red sun and yet, his atmosphere is habitable and described as a land covered by jungles and savannas, fertile large green fields, pointy tall mountain chains and large deserts, wth deep rivers and sweet water oceans. Much like all habitable zones in the system, Mossovy became home to many stranded species that created cultures of their own in seclusion, each hostile to one another causing warfare and territorial disputes to be an ordinary thing to happen. Mossovy is also the site of many valuable resources, illegally and legally pouched by its system's inhabitants. Planet cycles involve forty hour long days of years composing of five hundred days total. Its most notable settlements are New Lwhekk, Storm's End and Dumhold.
- Nessantico (Celestial Body II) - As the night is that the same equal as the day, so is Nessantico that of Mossovy. Despite being the system's capital, it has little importance to its occupiers aside from the Mornedhel, due to its endless nightfall state, predatory wildlife and xenophobic natives. Nessantico is not nearly as big as the massive planet, Nessantico is a quarter of its size and perpetually existing beneath its shadow. Mossovy covers nearly all of Solregen's light, causing Nessantico to only see an endless eclipse like state in its skies. Still, Nessantico developed life and its ability to host life, some would even dare to say that Nessantico is but a 'nightfall paradisaical land' weren't for its large concentration of predatory species and its xenophobic natives. Its entire planet being covered by thick and deep forests, with loud freezing rivers running everywhere, Nessantico is a land of mountains and hills, fields and entire woods dedicated to giant glowing mushrooms serving to light its paths. Its most notable settlements are Alcarost, Formenos, Edhellond, The Palisor, Asdriag's Deep, Caras Galadhon, Caras Morthond, Caras Orthanc, Caras Arthanor, Grimvorne, Tyria, Everholt, the great temple of Narthasiaun, Dunharrow.
- Sesemora (Celestial Body III) - A fertile land of large mountain ranges and endless green fields. Divided into two dominant species that have little liking for outsiders, they live in their own little peace and their own ways, its neighbors are no strange of letting them alone to do as they please inside their land. Sesemora is the site of refugees from the days of the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion that now live in plenty that rarely leave their planet to roam across the galaxy. The seven moons of Sesemora are the site of many valuable mining operations, many abandoned by the imposing threat of its inhabitants, others still running through illegalities controlled by criminals. Its most distinguishable cities are Meduseld, Pelargir and Harrowdale.
- Daritria (Celestial Body IV) - An harsh almost barren land, Daritria stands alone at the other side of the system and does it so with a dark reputation circling around its planet, an area where its system's nebula is thickest. Home to an cruel bunch of species, it is said that the Force runs dark in Daritria. Its landscape is covered in dry deserts and barren mountains, its planet provides food to its inhabitants from its rich oceans, while possessing an decent amount of fertile valleys suited for farming. Daritria has no moons. The planet is rarely visited by merchants and remains at the mercy of its devaronian traders, all the species in the planet despise having little appreciation for each other's company have learned to needing upon its neighbors for surviving, however, this hasn't stopped them from murdering each other for years. Its most distinguishable cities are Morannon, Durthang, Castledour and Mount Himring.
- Braavoszia (Celestial Body V) - An frozen icy planet, Braavosli is the furthest satellite found in the Elenna System, but the closest to its system's entrance. Volcanos are also found in this planet, otherwise it would not be able to host life. Many outcasts, traitors, rebels, criminals, outlaws, mercenaries, bounty hunters and scum in the galaxy can call this little snowball their homes, for the planet was populated by many refugees of the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion many years ago and has turned into an criminal society ruled by a strange triumvirate of crime bosses that have kept themselves in power through cruelty and harsh order by keeping proxies in power to rule in their place as they abuse their power in strange courts over the planet's five largest cities. Out of the five cities, three of them remain domed creations of technology built over the ruins of the Mornedhel settlements of old, the others being two cities built beneath the frozen carcass of two large mountain ranges. Outside its cities, the Nelvaanians rule absolutes, having tamed the local fauna of narglatchs, mastmots, loth-wolfs and others, they have nothing more than spite for foreigners and constantly prey on the city inhabitants. Its most distinguishable cities are Carn Methed (aka Bartertown), Carn Rûdh (aka Gibbet Haven), Carn Dûm (aka Skullgardens), Minas Marnam, Mount Insalona.
- Ilmaren (Celestial Body VI) - The infernal planet of Ilmaren, the planet fell from the hands of the Mornedhel many centuries ago. Their settlements were mostly overrun by the Old Sith Empire and their people killed or enslaved. Five times after that the planet was attempted of being repopulated and all five times ended in disaster, fire and blood, for its natives settled on the planet and claimed rulership over it and when not finding themselves killing each other, they can be found uniting and hunting down outsiders like cockroaches. Its most distinguishable cities are The Byt, Minas Gaurhoth, Isenmouth and Dol Vammer.
SECURITY
- Low - While possessing enough strength to protect their cargo from being hijacked and stolen, space patrolling is very low since its system is filled with criminals and mostly ignored by the major galaxy, they have little belief that they could be invaded by other galactic powers. Aside from its heavy local planetary defenses, each planet is left on their own.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Heavily entwined with the Mornedhel Species, the Tale of the Nightfolk and Elenna began in tragedy. As the Great Pilgrimage of the Elzeri began during the Unholy Invasion, which lead to Nineteen Ships leaving the ancient homeworld of Valythor in search of safety among the stars, only to find the bitterness, cold and emptiness of space to be far greater than they could ever have imagined in their entire existences. It was when the Great Strife began that one of the nineteen floatillas decided to risk a different path of their lives and resented to be ruled by the Thirteen Crowns, to feed and house most ships with valuable resources and steady incomes. Some say that it was the Mornedhel that began the Great Strife that broke apart the fleet and caused the floatillas to scatter across the galaxy, others claim that Sangruvios Andronicus, remembered as "The Voyager" and as "The Rebel", was but a lesser son from a lesser branch of the extinct House Ingilious. He led his people to rebelling, by murdering the leaders in charge of his floatilla and taking over the navigation system, taking his ship far from the broken fleet, for he was said to be gifted with the visions of far-sight, a rare gift that allowed him to see what others could not and he so famously said.
"Why, O my people,’ he cried, ‘why should we longer serve these jealous gods, who cannot keep us, nor their own realm even, secure from their Enemy? Valythor lies behind of us and what I leave behind I do not count it as losses! Vengeance calls me hence, shall we mourn here deedless forever, a shadow-folk, mist-haunting, dropping vain tears in the salt thankless Void of Space? Or shall we go home? In the galaxy sweet ran the stars under unclouded skies, and wide planet lay about where a free folk might walk. There they lie still and await us who in our folly forsook them. Come away! Let the cowards keep this fruitless journey. But by the blood of Old Gods! unless I dote, if the cowards only remain, then grass will grow in the streets. Nay, rot, mildew, and toadstool."
Long he spoke, and ever he urged the Elzeri to follow him and by their own prowess to win freedom and great realms in the planets of the galaxy ere it was too late; for he echoed the lies of Valmar that the Thirteen Crowns had cozened them and would hold them captive so that demons might rule Valythor. He spoke of empty planets awaiting to be conquered and filled them with the fires of life and their will. ‘Fair shall the end be,’ he cried, ‘though long and hard shall be the road! Say farewell to bondage! But say farewell also to ease! Say farewell to the weak! Say farewell to your treasures - more still shall we make! Journey light. But bring with you your swords! For we will go further than Ramuh, endure longer than Meraxes: we will never turn back from pursuit! And together we shall create Paradise!"
The Elder Scrolls kept by the Elzeri called accounted their as the Sindar, the Rebels. For over fifty years, they flew through the cold void of space and drifted among the stars hoping to find what Sangruvios had dreamed of, going from place to place and passing through empty systems that had not yet matured to holding life. And as soon as time passed they regretted following Sangruvios to what they saw as an ill-fate, and much like the shadow of a cursed doom lied upon them, their ship was caught in an electric storm as she entered a nebula to escape a flock of purrgils that chased them through out the stars. Due to that storm, their ship was stranded and forced to land in one of the stars flying over the planet, they chose the smaller planet, much smaller than Valythor and yet bigger than the ordinary satellites found in the galaxy, as they discovered its atmosphere to being favorable for their species, they called themselves lucky and believed to have found paradise and as for that they called the planet Nessantico, which meant "Land of the Free".
But the shadow of betrayal and rebellion was lying upon them, and as fate dictated the Long Night had arrived. For the smallest dying star in the system reached the outburst point and exploded, unleashing tons of radioactive particles into the air, changing the trajectory of the larger star in the system, slowly driving it to assume a position in front of the smaller star. Almost as if causing the smaller satellite and itself to orbit together along the system, perpetually damning its smaller star to an endless state as the same as an eclipse, forcing the inhabitants of Nessantico to live forever in darkness and low light.
It was perhaps due this event and its radiation that caused the species to 'evolve' and reshape themselves, its skin got darker and its eyes were changed into assuming a vision fit for this environment. Up to this day there is debate about this matter, as the Mornedhel themselves believe that this event was regarding the awakening of Lestat and their changes were considered but a gift freely given to the children occupying his realm.
As they changed, so did their culture, Sangruvious had claimed for himself the 'dusk crown' and ruled over the species from the Barad Ezellohar the Lightless Tower in the island of Falas, a magnificent construction that now lies entirely covered in darkness. Ruling over his subjects, Sangruvious imposed an iron-will over them and lead them into reshaping themselves around his beliefs, spreading slowly over the land and taming its wildlife to their own will. They called themselves Mornedhel and had no contact with their kin, the Elzeri, for many years.
It wasn't until Sangruvious grandson took over his grandfather's dusk crown to ascending as High-King of Barad Avathar that the Mornedhel had yet to achieve their union and become a magnificent society. Artorious was young and bold, he began his fame when the mythical creature called Nauron gave him his blessing and helped him to unite all the land into a single power under his control. By showing his power he built the massive fortress-city of Alcarost and moved his court to his new city, where it was said that he gained knowledge from the stars and drew his power from the night, with that same lore he taught his people the ways that would lead them to their golden age. Becoming highly advanced in some standards of galactic technology, the Mornedhel soon began to merge Sith Alchemy with Bio-engineering to create species of beings to serve their own purposes, creatures with wills of their own and sociological advancements that caught the eyes and ears of some brilliant curious minds of the galaxy. For the Mornedhel worked relentlessly and they could provide others with whatever they desired to not only clone, but to create a new being to serve loyally to his owners.
This event is remarked as the Golden Age of the Mornedhel, as their fame reached out through out the stars, resonating with respect and prowess. Dynasty King Artorious Andronicus lead the Mornedhel with love and honor, he did not ruled for power and allowed all to have an equal chance to prove themselves. This very fame made them known to the Elzeri, still in self-exile, and this very fame also caused them to becoming targets of one of the most dangerous galactic species yet unknown to them. The Kaminoans.
Their dealings with the Kaminoans are now forgotten in the memories of the nightfolk and remembered only in myth by the elzeri of yore, the Mornedhel themselves have forgotten about this matter and remember this only as the shadow of betrayal that gave fruit from the days of their ancestors. What is registered is that the Kaminoans and the Mornedhel fought for control and importance over their dealings regarding cloning and biological engineering for the Kaminoans taught the Mornedhel much regarding this matter and felt themselves betrayed by their 'pupils'. How this war was fought no one alive remembers, but the Shattering caused them to turn one another in exchange for power, the Kaminoans used massive cloned human armies to ensure this, for Artorious was loved by the people but not by the other nobles clans among the Mornedhel that felt themselves neglected by the High-King in matters of influence and disputes over the spoils of their Golden Age. The Shattering brought down Artorious in the Fields of Pelennor where he was killed in battle by his own son, Mordious the Accursed, that craved for his father's crown.
In his attempt he failed to conquer the planet, for a hundred rivals arose from each clan and Mordious himself was murdered in the Bloody Banquet and the Line of Artorious was hunted down and destroyed by Cassandrus the Vengeful. The Golden Age of Night was no more and in the savage years that followed the infighting for succession the Mornedhel divided themselves in six clans of impressive wealth and influence, each ruling over their own keeps, but never again would a High-King take over the Andronicus Crown and in the Mornedhel became highly engaged in keeping themselves forgotten.
The Mornedhel slowly abandoned their colonies and left the galactic stage to retreat further into Nessantico, slowly abandoning their technological advancements and achieving a simpler lifestyle, trade became focused only to their cousins, the Elzeri, and it was only during times of strife that their name became registered once more into galactic note. During the days of the empire it was said that the Emperor had an personal sanctum hidden in Nessantico, evidences of the New Republic suggest that the Mornedhel worshipped old Palpatine as a herald of Lestat himself although very little could provide evidente to that as the Dark Elzs refuse to discuss those matters with outsiders.
During the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion, the Elenna System became a sanctuary for many galactical refugees as the system was mostly ignored by the outsiders. This refugees eventually became settlers in the former Mornedhel colonies, eventually some of those species became trading partners with the Mornedhel and peace ruled over the Elenna Planets, but as the Dark Years took over the stars and vigilance was weak in forgotten places such as the Evenstar Nebula, the system became the site for a massive invasion of the worst sorts of scum found in the galaxy. The Mornedhel locked themselves in their planets for in Nessantico they were protected by land, pride, stock and faith. They believed that much like the former crisis in time this storm would pass, for as they say "Winters come and winters go, storms come and storms go.", but in time, they realized that this storm had come to stay.
Now the Elenna remains as it was, forgotten and covered by darkness, waiting for a new dawn in their twillight way of living.
