+Weapons knowledge: Elias' military backdown helped him understand small arms weapons in the galaxy, especially weapons local to the Republic and the core. He knows the parts of different weapons and can fix them on his own.
+Perceptive: When in the field, Elias is very mindful of his surroundings and observant. He's quick to act in situations given his past experiences in the field and training as a sector ranger. He also pays a lot of attention to detail when it comes to anything.
-Perfectionist: Elias is a type of person who likes to get things done that result in less cost for him and his colleagues and sometimes this causes him to be a bit too cautious when making decisions. When something doesn't go to plan he'll never live it down and think about how it could've gone better.
-Stoic: Not always is Elias stoic with his colleagues or strangers. But when on the field he lacks empathy and when apprehending someone he doesn't have a sense of morality or sympathy for the people he is against.

BIOGRAPHY:
Elias was born on Corellia to an upper middle class family as an only child. His parents both worked in the Cornelian Engineering Corporation and they both met working on the same design team together. Elias grew up with a pretty good public education and never really considered what to do in his adult life until parents offered him to work at CEC. He went to be an engineer but he didn't really like engineering our ship designing. Starships were overrated to Elias, especially how Corellia and CEC bragged about their fascinating outriders and Elias didn't want to join what felt like an overrated market. But what he was interested in was weapons, he watched a lot of action holovids and blasters were the one thing he found fascinating. Except the problem was, Corellia didn't have a huge arms manufacturing industry. So Elias joined CorSec as an investigator in the blasters crime division where he got his knowledge on blasters. He had been under live fire before and even busted an underground arms dealing ring. His experiences with criminals desensitized his morality for criminals, especially with the danger they're capable by dealing tools of death to other dangerous people to kill others.
When Corellia founded the Republic, Elias was recommended to be a sector ranger, the Republic's superior law enforcement agency.
