Elsa Dawnset is the daughter of a senator, raised to one day take his place as a politician. She grew up with the finest of luxuries, but with little affection or love from her family and no real friends. When her father got a human replica droid, Unit HV-3YA, she instantly became close with him, as he didn't judge her for her wants or choices and would never leave her side, no matter what she did. She nicknamed him Harvey and the two quickly became inseparable. Even though she knew that he could never feel the same way about her, her feelings for the droid still grew, as she considered him a sentient being and despised it whenever someone would refer to him as Unit HV-3YA or 'it'. The two were almost never seen apart, and the young woman would even go as far as sneaking off with Harvey to spend alone time with him, away from the watchful gaze of her father and his many advisers. One night, while watching the sunset at a beach, she confessed her feelings for him and kissed him. Word quickly reached the senator's ears and he decided to decommission Harvey. An argument ensued, and he struck her. Harvey reacted by defending Elsa, and he was instantly shut down and was going to be sold the next day. Elsa, however, had a different idea. Reactivating him, the two snuck aboard her father's ship and they departed the system. The two are now content to explore the galaxy, helping out wherever they can with Harvey's intelligence and Elsa's good nature.
