Strengths
- Resistant To Physical Harm: Being a rather odd form of spiritual entities, the Elysian are highly resistant to physical damage because of their state of nature. They are merely 'ghost in a shell' and thus the shell acts just like that...a shell. Unlike a fleshy meat bag other sentients basically are. If shot, it would cause harm, and damage the shell. But substantial long lasting damage is hard to achieve. Getting hit does little to nothing to them except hurt their feelings or perhaps enrage them. It would take high powered energy blast or concussive force to bring 'harm' to them, as even lightsabers to little against their force imbued shells. However, this is not a complete stregnth. An Elysian in its Infant Stage is still a very pure embodiment of its alignment and can be damaged both ways. It is only in their second and third stage they become invulnrable to physical damage. But even that is falted, someone can crack and damage an Elysians mortal shell revealing the true them underneath. In this injured and damages parts they are vulnrable to physical damage.
- Immune To Force Nullifiers: The Elysian, being physical manifestations of the force, are immune and unaffected by things like Force Breakers, Ysalmiri, and ect. Being physical embodiments of The Force stuffed into a mortal-like shell makes them literally have the force radiating 'inside' them rather than 'around' them.
- No Need For Sustinance: These beings, since they lack biological material, do not need to eat, drink, sleep, or even feel any real physical desire. Like how planets feed off the sunlight Elysian feed off the force and force signatures to survive. However, should they ever be found on a 'force dead' planet they will feel extreme discomfort and weakness, incapable in surviving in such places because of their reliance on The Force.
Weaknesses
- Force Eyesight: The Elysian have a strange type of vision that most might consider odd. These entities cannot 'see' as humans or animals do. They see the world as a very grayish gradient, so buildings, and nonliving are often grayed out and dismissed as unimportant to them. This comes into a major disadvantage for them (Read weakness below). However, they do see force sensitives are bright vibrant colors. They cannot make out facial details or even what a single being is wearing, they identify force sensitives by their colors which can range to anything on the vast color scale. Colors normally align with a persons 'soul' or 'force alignment' and this gives them a good idea on who to avoid and who to embrace as it speaks volumes of their personality. While a light sided Elysian may see a sith with a blood red aura then in The Elysians' mind, that means danger and potential harm. And thus they may avoid it. This kind of vision puts them at a MAJOR disadvantage since they can rarely tell a species apart or any one person apart unless they recognize the force signature of said person.
- Limited Range of Vision: Because of their special kind of vision, they see anything not connected to the force as gray and colorless. As a result of this, NFU's have a major advantage over these beings are they are practically invisible. Just gray blobs with no form or dimensions. To them, these creatures are extremely 'scary' to them and in a way, they are like Ghost to the Elysian. This limited vision also comes into play with 'non living' things such as weapons. Someone could throw a grenade at one of them and they'd basically see it was a rock...till it blows up that is. This would not 'hurt' them per say, but it would certainly thrust them away and make them wonder what the hell just happened. They can't see the armor on a person or the weapons they may carry, though they do have something of a 'sixth sense' and this helps them in combat to dodge, they are not able to 'see' things other normal species see.
- Force Related Harm Is Deadly: Very, very much so. While they are basically immune to physical harm, force related harm is amplified ten fold. Force imbued weapons are the way to go with these guys as they can actually cause damage and long lasting harm, if not death. Force damage 'opposite' to a Elysians Force Alignment is almost always fatal. For example, lets say there is an Elysian that embodies the dark side, and one who embodies the light. If Darkness were to strike Light with a powerful Dark Side ability then thats it. Instant death if Light is directly hit. Same thing the other way around, Force Light would outright kill a Dark Elysian. It is just that simple. Being raw embodiments of the force they...live by the force only to die by the force. Force imbued weapons cause as much harm to them as guns and swords would to humans, if not more so depending on the effect of the weapon in question.
- Ignorance: Let it be known, that The Elysian are hightly intelligent supernatrual beings. However, their ignorance comes not from their intelligence, it comes from their understanding of modern civilization. These creatures do not understand that...petty affairs of those around them. They don't understand the point of their wars, their technology, their reasons for wanting money, power, and control. They just don't get it. And while a younger Elysian may latch itself onto a single host and learn from them, it is not in their nature to understand some things. This makes it hard to reason with them since they are rather stubborn when it comes to their own way of thinking.
- Alignment: Something that is pre-decided at their very conception is their alignment. Once they are 'born' they are born into a certain role and are unable to deviate from it as it goes against the nature they were 'programed' with. Elysian are not 'born', they are 'designed'. And as a result if an Elysian is born a light sider then they cannot become corrupted or suddenly go 'dark', nor can they learn force related abilities oppisite to their natrual afinity.
- Inability To Be Stealthy: Due to their potent force signitures it is impossible for them to mask themselves with the force or sneak up on anything. They are easily sensed as a 'presence' in the force. Powerful, raw, and simply imposing. Dwarfing other force signitures around them.
- Unable To Be Medically Tended: These entities do not have physical biological material that can be healed using a tank, first aid, or common medical uses through civilization. They rely on the force to survive and thus, the only thing that can heal them is Force Heal, which most Elysian never even learn. Putting them at a great disadvantage as well. Pressure on a wound does not help them, nor does painkillers. When they are in pain, they are in pain. Agonizing pain until they are able to heal themselves. Their wounds also do not heal overtime, if an Elysian is injured but cannot heal themselves. They could potentially bare wounds their entire lives.

Biology: The Elysian have a very...strange existance in the material world considering they don't even 'have' biology to begin with. These beings do not 'bleed' and don't have 'internal organs' or anything of the like. They are raw physical manifestation of the force similar to Force Spirits or Sith Spawn. Though their creation is interesting as only an Elysian can create another Elysian. They do not do this through mating or swapping biological DNA, but instead they focus their will and split off a piece of themselves. Creating a litteral 'chip off the old block'. The 'young' often start out as egg like creatures, pulsing with force energy and remaining in this form for several years. Within this egg they develop their own form of conciousness and awareness, allowing them to become an individual rather than a copy of their creator. They remain in this period for several months until eventually 'hatching' from their shell, the orb cracking along the surface before eventually exploding and unleashed either light, or darkness depending on the creator. This light formulates and embodies itself into the first stage of its existance as a pure metaphysical lifeform. This is The infant stage. At this awkward start of their lives an Elysian is...lost, absent of true form and thus appearing raw and untamed. Pulsing with the very energy they were concived with. Often a single color that shines vibrantly like a start or is darker than black. These colors can exist anywhere on the colorscale. A Elysian can be born as just about any form of animal-like species.
At this starting stage they are vulrable, weak, and can be harmed by anything. Physical or by the force because they are basically a fickle flame. They hold understanding and intelligence, but are blind to how the world works. As a result, these infants tend to wander around in search of a sentient being that has a signiture resembling their own and latch themselves onto it. Much like a baby duck following its mother, an Elysian will do the same considering their creators tend to abandon the their 'eggs' once they are designed. And so these young spirits will seek out caregivers and latch on, learning from them, and figuring out how things work in the galaxy. These children often choose the wrong caregiver and suffer the conseqences but more often that not things tend to turn out alright.
During these stages in their life they begin to figure out who and what they wanna be. And thus they start to 'envision' themselves are older, and wiser. It can take a few months, a few years, or even decades for this to happen. But once an Elysian feels comfortable with themselves and what they have learned, they 'evolve'. Elysian do not age like most beings, they simply have three major stages of growth. Four if you count the 'Egg Stage'. When they evolve to their second stage, they create a vibrant caccoon and nest themselves within it. From here, they allow the old them to deteriorate into their pure forms as a shell is made to protect it. In their first stage whey are soft and easily harmed by any kind of force, but once they enter the second stage they take on immunities to physical harm. They grow larger, stronger, and smarter. Taking all the things they learned from the caregiver they latched themselves to and putting it to use. This second form takes on an animalistic anatomy similar or identical to its previous form. Sharing all the same features and characteristics of the first aside from few minor differences. This is known as the Metamorphisis Stage. where they change themselves and evolve. These new forms almost always take the shape of an animal-like being in some way, but one thing is always the same. They ALWAYS, retain their traits. Even if they were to shapeshift, they would always share the same eyes, facial markings, and force signiture.
When in this stage, an Elysian has taken its 'mortal' form so to speak as they are now mostly identified as a species the galaxy can see as...non-supernatrual. And yet, every Elysian in their second stage possess easily identifiable facial/body markings. Making it easy to identify an Elysian. Now, at this stage of their lives they tend to be focused on 'figuring out who they are'. Often dabbling in the afairs of mortals in order to retain a broader understanding of the galaxy around them. Now, after they spend several decades or centuries in this stage they eventually shed their shells and take on their Enlightened Form. These forms consist of all the wisdom and understanding they have collected during their long lives.
Now, an Elysian can feel pain. In their infant Form anything can hurt and kill them much like any child, but once they hit their second form they become highly resistant to physical damage. However, the pain they feel can come from Force Imbued Weapons OR The Force itself. If injured with a weapon, their scars tend to not bleed blood. For example, a slash across the eye with a Force Imbued weapon would hurt them greatly, but the scar itself would appear to glow and bleed liquid light, darkness, or whatever color the Elysian itself represents. While a lightsaber or blaster, or even a common blade would have a hard time piercing or hurting them, a force imbued weapon can do extensive damage that last forever. And even more so, force powers oppisite to their alignment cause even greater harm. As said, Elysian don't bleed or really 'scar' but one can tell just how much damage is being done to their shell depending on how damaged it appeared to be. The more of its true self one sees, the weaker and more vulrable it becomes. Underneath the shell it is vulrable to phyical pain and attacks, but a well placed force attack can easily kill them flat out without even removing the shell.
If a Elysians' physical form is destroyed or 'killed'. Those physical forms evaporate into tiny dust particals of any color. But when they die, their conciousness remains, as does their spirit. And thus they are able to reincarnate themselves into any other living origisim by simply taking over another living being. They normally do this by possessing small infants as they are being concived, altering their biological material to match their own. And once they are born, they retain the same traits they did in their past life. Restarting the cycle anew. A unique attribute of Elysian physiology is an experiential exchange system based on physical touch. By touching something or someone, a Elysian could recall its experiences. This system can transfer complex ideas, with a Elysian being capable of learning a new skill or foreign language with a single touch. This sensory mechanism arose because the Elysian evolved as spirits and needed to be thoroughly aware of their environment. This is similar to the idea of psychometry.
On another note, a Elysian can 'die' completely. But this can only be done if a force user were to take its lingering spirit/force essence/ect and oblitorate it, leaving nothing left. This can also be done by, (After killing an Elysian) using some kind of force nexus to consume its life force.
Communication: The Elysian, when born. Speak through an ancient laungage only heard and understood by other Elysian, this laungage is known as Enochian. Aside from that, the Elysian have a uniqe ability to learn laungages by merely touching someone, and thus allowing them to braoden their laungage directory. This is often different for each individual though.
Culture: The Etherians have a very loose culture. They do not stay around one another and very rarely do they come into contact with one another. It is...a rare sight to see more than three Elysian in a single place at a single time. They are thinly scattered and have little interest in one another because essentially...every Etherian is just about the same. At least in their eyes. However, there is a single philosphy every Elysian shares no matter the alignment, color, or personality. And that is to guide.
This species is based off totem spirit animals and the Chinese Zodiac along with several other supernatrual elements. This species finds purpose in attaching themselves to a single being, or group of beings and acting as a kind of spirit guide. In their infant stage, they seek to guide and protect their caregivers while also learning from them. And once they evolve into stage two they become aggressively protective over a single group or collection of beings, acting as their 'Spirit Guardian'. Protecting them, fighting for their ideals, and even going as far as to sacrifice themselves so the ones they guide may live on. They form deep emotional bonds with others that last their entire lives. And when they transcend into their Enlightened Form they become much more etheral and often are worshipped as great spirits, deities, and even gods by those who may not know any better.
Their way of life is painfully simple but its what they feel they were created to do. And rarely do they ever deviate from such a thing, often finding serinity in the guidence of the lost.
Technology level: They do not have their own tech nor do they design their own. They merely use what others have created, always have and probably always will considering how elusive this species is and how they do not form groups or civilizations. They are basically Physical Force Spirits and thus do not have need for their own tech.
General behavior: The Elysian are very mysterious, elusive, and enigmatic beings that are rarely ever seen in the galaxy. They are as exotic as a species like this can be considering just how well they manage to remain out of major affairs. To some they don't even exist, and this makes it extremely easy for them to insert themselves into different civilizations, especially at the Infant Stage. Their general behavior cannot be spoken for since Elysian exsist as individuals, not as a collective or culture. The behavior of an Elysian depends souly on the individual Elysian and does not reflect on the species as a whole. Some might be kind, gentel, and loving. Others might be wrathful, spiteful, and hateful. Depends on the alignment of the Elysian as well as who they attached themselves to at the Infant Stage of their lives since they extract certain personality traits from their caregivers.
History: One thing that has been pondered upon for several thousand years is where the Elysian came from and how they got where they are today, not even the Elysian themselves. It it presumed that they came from a planet similar to function as the mythical Force Planet. But this has never been confirmed. The Elysian never had their own empire, guild, or collective and seem to always act as single individuals among the galaxy simply existing as odd phenomena. They have never done anything worth great mention aside from some individual Elysian being worshipped as gods on some planets because of their Etheral nature and supernatrual aspects.
Notable Player-Characters: Orion - Others Soon Enough
Intent: To design a more unique, supernatrual, and mysterious species in the galaxy aside from the common norm that others can enjoy and play with. They are not meant to be played as god like beings as they are...actually pretty vulrable in a lot of their own ways. On a side note, anyone who wishes to create an Elysian please contact me. This Species...as you can see is rather specifc in how it works. They are based on Animal Totems and the Zodiac Chart as well as the Constilation Signs which also have animals as their representations.

Side Note: Now...i made this species without knowing if making force beings were allowed. I saw Sith Spawn and other things created by the force and pretty much went on that. Sorry if i got anything wrong. Also, wrote this on my phone. Sorry for the agonizing spelling mistakes but it does not have spell check fffff
