- Shock Warfare - Fast, furious, and fierce, the Emeici is a heavily-armed war machine which is optimized for violent hit-and-run strikes, shock tactics, and other disrupting maneuvers. Its loadout can be tailored to allow the pilot to unleash blazing conflagrations, various forms of explosive firepower, and rapid-fire salvos of energized plasma, in addition to forward and side-mounted blades which are capable of cutting through infantry in the brutal manner of an ancient scythed chariot.
- Field Disruption System - The Emeici's field disruption system allows the craft itself to penetrate conventionally-shielded areas, affording it more capability in assaulting fortifications and other heavily-defended installations.
- No Cargo - Due to its lack of cargo capacity beyond what the pilot can stow on their person, the Emeici is not suitable for long-term operations in areas where resupply is not readily available.
- Exposed Rider - Although the Emeici is equipped with various utility shield systems to protect the rider from debris and other hazards (most often flying bodies), the shields are not rated for combat. As such, the rider is quite exposed to all manner of small arms fire and must depend on their armor or any other defensive systems on their person for protection against such threats.
- Ion Afterburn - The Emeici’s afterburners can only be sustained for a limited amount of time due to its intense power demands and potential to overheat the engines. At maximum, the afterburners can only be active for ten consecutive seconds before they are automatically shut off, at which point the engines undergo a mandatory heat discharge protocol. In addition, the power of the afterburners demands necessitates that the Emeici’s ranged armament be temporarily disabled, leaving the craft with only its blade wings as weapons.
- Reverse Charge - The use of the field disruption system against Xythan Force and other reactive shield technologies can have an potentially adverse effect on the Emeici's operator and the speeder bike itself, as the disruptive energy fields discharged by the field disruptor may be reflected back at the rider (and the speeder bike), with potentially deadly results.
The “Emeici” Sith Speeder Bike is a fast and heavily-armed repulsor bike which is intended to replace many of the ancient repulsor bike craft designs in service with a more modern, advanced, versatile, and lethal machine. Working under the pressure of the ongoing Third Imperial Civil War, the Pillar of Advancement prioritized the research and development of the Emeici, utilizing a mix of indigenous and foreign technologies to craft the design. Like many other vehicles and atmospheric war machines developed by the Pillar of Advancement, the Emeici was conceived from the ground up as a highly modular design, in order to accommodate the diverse range of human, Near-Human, and non-human soldiers serving in the Imperial Legion and to tailor the craft to different mission profiles.
A number of utility systems were also incorporated into the Emeici’s design, including advanced sensors, an electronic warfare suite, various pilot safety systems, and even neural interfacing systems.
All in all, the Emeici’s capabilities as a multi-role rapid assault platform are poised to be thoroughly unmatched, lending the Empire a powerful engine of shock warfare to facilitate the conquest of foreign worlds and the defense of home territories.
With the conclusion of the Third Imperial Civil War and the fall of the Sith Empire, the Emeici was adopted by the Kainate. The Emeici underwent extensive refitting during this time, incorporating a variety of newer technologies, most notably the FAE/C-02 Tractor Guidance Network and the Hybrid Antimatter Power Unit. Another refit upgraded its missile armament with a more modern selection.
