SETTING INFORMATION

- Accessibility: Built into a cliff, the enclave is only accessed from the main entrance, with hangars being a separate location, it is not hidden but not super obvious either. Isolated from any of the Dathomir clans, it is a quiet location with few wildlife around as well. The enclave is fully guarded and the main entrance hall is open to the public with access further into the building restricted to residents of the enclave and those being introduced by higher ranking members of the enclave.
- Description: A red stone building, the enclave is carved out of the cliff. The old temple holds old Dathomir Empire origins in design and while there are no records on what the purpose is. Internally, the temple has been redesigned to suit the modern needs and desires of the Jedi and Witches that will call the enclave home. The sleek, tall halls are well lit and the living quarters are sizable and designed for comfort. Training rooms are designed for intense combat training, spiritual connection and a soothing atmosphere.
The Main Hall
The Main Hall is a large modern aesthetic looking room, with large long pillars and large slits in the ceiling to allow in sunlight. The Main Hall leads into the Hangars, Training Halls and the Spiritual Gardens. Plenty of interactions, discussions and introductions are held within the halls. In the hall there is also a display of records and consoles to go over the variety of training and historical records that Dreidi has gathered on her journeys about both the Witches of Dathomir and on the Jedi ways. There are also records on various Force Using cultures and training methods used for combat and how to utilise different weaponry.
The Training Halls
The Training Halls of the Dathomir Temple are a mixture of libraries and study rooms, with additional combat sparring rooms. Targets for ranged weapon training as well as melee combat training. There are remote droids, combat droids and practice weapons to use. It is decorated in traditional Dathomirian style with training sands for sparring and natural lighting coming from sunlight and lit torches in the evening. The study halls are designed to be comfortable, assist people in studying for long periods of time and are spacious.
Hangars
There are a limited number of hangars available at the Dathomirian Enclave, there is a variety of mechanic equipment for repairs and fuel canisters for ships to refuel and restock. The hangars store several dozen medium or small space-crafts at a time and to access the hangars a clearance code must be provided as well as security checks once landed to ensure that spies or enemies of the enclave are not able to access the enclave easily.
Living Quarters
The Living Quarters of the Dathomirian enclave is modest and sparsely decorated. It is considered adequate sleeping quarters and designed to be basic in appearance so that students can decorate to their personal style if they desire. Guest quarters are more generous in space and the largest sleeping quarters are the ones for teachers. Available are shared kitchens, social rooms, saunas, steam rooms as well as a bar for drinking and socialising for those of legal age. These quarters are ideal for relaxation and while not luxury, they are above average in their comfort. This is to ensure students have healthy restful sleep.
Spiritual Gardens
The Spiritual Gardens are considered an ideal location for connecting to the Force as well as connecting to the spirits of Dathomir for those wishing to pursue Dathomirian Magick. The gardens have a large variety of plants from Dathomir, all of them safe to be around, as well as water fountain decoration and small pond. This is an ideal setting for meditation and private reflection. It is an unwritten rule that silence or very quiet talking is conducted in the Spiritual Gardens unless a lesson is being conducted or there is no one else around.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
A previous Dathomorian temple from the early era of the Witch Kingdom of the Dathomiri, records are fleeting and there is little left on the origins of the temple or the knowledge that it once housed. What was still remaining when Dreidi located the temple has been catalogued and holocrons as well as recordings had been made to ensure the legacy of that era was not forgotten. With the original records stored in a more secure environment to better preserve them and prevent any damage to the original records.
These are the translations on the temple’s origins that Dreidi had been able to do:
“Construction of the temple is going smoothly, Nightmother Myrcella has ordered us to be a record of our clan ways and the importance of our traditions as the Witch Kingdom of Dathomiri expands from here. She fears that there will be a loss of our ways, a loss in the importance of our culture as the expansion brings in multiculturalism. This temple is going to house our clan and ensure that we have protection from the beasts that call this planet home. I am writing these records as my sisters carve into the cliff face and create our living quarters, a garden for our floral to prosper as well as training rooms so that we can ensure that our warriors remain the capable fighters that our clan is renowned for.”
“It has been nearly three years since we have begun our lives at our clan temple, the creatures native to this planet are easy to subdue as long as we work as a team to harness our Magick and temper their aggressive natures. Nightmother Myrcella wishes to experiment and test some of the smaller, easier to train creatures and see what capabilities they have for us. Sister Mayari has taken charge of the training of our warriors and has developed several new techniques for combat as well as ensuring each warrior is equally proficient with their ichor swords as well as the energy bows. It makes for long and in my opinion, gruelling training sessions but with Nightmother Myrcella focusing on expanding our understanding of Dathomir, this seems the most practical approach. However, some are disappointed in the diminished presence that our Nightmother has had recently. I can only encourage them to have faith that Nightmother Myrcella only wishes us to have as much information as possible about our new home.”
“Sister Mayari has been consolidating power and newer students have been seeing her as the Nightmother of the coven. It is dangerous for those of us loyal to our true Nightmother but Myrcella promised to return from meeting the other witches. We must believe that she is coming back any day now and continue her work. I have been working on archiving the records of where we came from and documenting the various methods in dealing with the lesser beings on this world. I have also tasked other witches with finding appropriate flora to use in creating potions and the materials that we might need in preparing more powerful spells. It has been a way to pull them away from Sister Mayari but I fear that my influence is not as alluring as my sister’s. Mayari always had ways with words that I did not.”
“Mother Mayari has declared herself in charge and there was nothing that I could do to prevent this. However, our new Mother has not been the most gracious in her victory. Others are speaking in hushed whispers of slitting her throat in the night. That a new Mother is needed. I fear that without Myrcella here, a civil war within our clan is inevitable. I fear that this clan will crumble any day now. All I can do is prepare those that find what remains of us to learn from our errors and hopefully ensure that the witches of Dathomir are seen as a truly powerful force to deal with. It was what Myrcella wished and it is what Mayari has been blinded to what we are seeking to do. We were always meant to expand and use Dathomir as a stepping ground. Not remain here forever.”

No further records remain from that last one. Dreidi presumes that the clan killed itself through infighting and the temple remained lost to history since it was destroyed so soon after the witches arrived on Dathomir. Dreidi has a wall dedicated to this history of the temple on one of the walls in the archive with the original texts as well as what was translated by her.
