Encounter

Katarr, This planet was the home of a race of people who were born without sight yet could see with the force. Such a ability would be extremely useful even for those who could see and that's why Kayden Ouron was there. Kayden had been without a master for a while, ever since the One Sith fell into ruins and this left his training very unfinished. He needed another way to learn about the force so he could defend himself so he started traveling from planet to planet to explore the abandoned temples in search of knowledge.

Kayden walked though the halls of a abandoned temple looking for anything useful. There was some windows on the outer walls but it was nighttime so it only provide a little light to help him see with. He couldn't help but notice it was cold in there so he kept his hands in his pockets and his coat closed. He didn't wear any robes like you'd expect a sith to wear, mostly because no matter where he was it'd stand out so he wore something a bit more normal that you'd seen out of corella or something, although the love for the color black seems to have rubbed off on him.

Know you what? Heck with this. This can wait till tomorrow. Kayden thought to himself as he got feat up trying to navigate this maze of a temple in the darkness. Kayden entered one of the empty rooms and lied down on the floor. He had learned not to care where he slept anymore and he didn't expect anyone to go to the temple.

The young Jedi was developing into an excellent Force user, but she was still eons away from Knighthood, and even further from Master. She grasped the concept of the Force quickly after a more detailed explanation of what it was had been served to her. Under the guidance of her Master, she was learning more than just the Force, she was learning how to be something more. Her lessons and studies handed down to her from her Witch Master seemed unorthodoxed to anyone looking in, but it was clear from the onset that Geloyra would never become the typical Jedi mold. Her path, passions, and strengths laid elsewhere in comparison to the rest of the Jedi Order. Where most wanted to master the legendary weapon of the Jedi, the lightsaber, she was busy mastering the command of the Force. When she first arrived at the Jedi Temple on Sullust, she was unsure of herself and her Force given talents, but through hard work and determination she began to exceed those in her group pairing.

With much her lessons completed, she had been given a few days to work alone on what she learned by her Master. Geloyra, on her first time in a ship, fell head-over-heals in love with flying. Her time on the planet of Calonica with her buddy Rolen, deck officer and former Galactic Alliance soldier, found adventure quite amusing. So with the time given to her, she decided to do some flying, exploring, and if the force allowed; discover some adventure. Before setting out, she set a navigational course for her to follow, but half-way through the flight she discovered she misplaced a decimal and was now heading to the devastated world of Katarr. She loved to spend free time in the Jedi Library, and the planet looming before her was one she knew to avoid.

Just as she was in the process of adjusting her course, something in her ship gave way, causing her to lose control of the craft. The twin engines began to sputter and the cockpit's electrical system started to blink in and out. Geloyra strapped herself in tight and braced herself for a crash landing, reciting the Jedi Code along the way.

Her eyes began to flutter open and that's when the pounding in her head began. Lifting a hand to her forehead, she felt a small lump and after she pulled her hand away; saw small droplets of blood on her fingers. With her eyes beginning to retain focus once more, she peered out the cracked viewport and let out a sigh of relief. She crashed on the desolate world, but she was alive and still intact. Knowing this planet was uninhabitable, she reached above her head to retrieve a breathing apparatus. By the time she stepped out of her ruined craft, the wounds to her head had completely healed, still she had one hell of a headache.

"My Master is going to be very displeased with me," she said looking at the craft from the outside. Turning around, she wondered where to go. There were no spaceports or cities or anything really that could aid her in either getting her craft repaired, which by the looks it was beyond repair, or finding a way off this planet. Squinting her eyes a bit, she saw a spiral off in the distance. "No foul in checking that out."

The sith were fallen and some reports of them cropping up to cause problems were there but she had found them.... boring. Even with her species there being in the hands of the jedi there wasn't a lot she wanted to care about. Seemed few held to the ideals of wanting to show their might or strength when they could just be a victi and let the galaxy fight for them. If it had shown cunning and skill it would be one thing but stretching belief so it functioned to your idea was not something that interested her as she flew over the temple. So what was left in her time, a chance to rummage around the lesser known and used temples the sith visited once, brought some things and then disappeared from. She stretched out as the jewelry she had gleamed in the light but there wasn't much else aside from the thick red black hair. Her taloned feet touching the surface of the planet while she was walking into the temple wrapping her wings around herself like a small cloak she could wear.
