PRODUCTION INFORMATION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
STANDARD FEATURES
  • Long-range directional beaming communications suites.
  • High degree of automation, including its weapons systems.
  • Living quarters and rest and recreation facilities for the crew suitable for long-term missions.
  • Large number of HOB/F Heavy Repeating Blasters armed autoturrets and ray-shielded security checkpoints within the ship.
  • Large numbers of "Sentry" Security Droids and "Sentinel" Combat/Security Droids on constant patrol stationed in armored lockers across the ship.
  • Control and information dissemination centers separated from one another to maintain compartmentalization of classified intelligence.
  • Small hangar to handle small craft going to and from the ship.
  • Can deploy "Sentry" Droid pods for on-the-ground surveillance.
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • Long-term use stealth systems to mask the ship's presence.
  • Powerful Class-0.8 Hyperdrive to outrun potential pursuers.
  • Advanced communications and sensor jammers located in the large bow ring of the ship.
  • Advanced sensors for detecting even detailed statuses of ships, planets, and other such relevant information in an entire system from a long, long ways away.
  • Interior lining of Neuranium, protects against scans and jams interior communications to prevent unauthorized communications from potential infiltrators. Only the ship's own comms, which are hardwired outside the ship on tall fins on the ventral and dorsal parts of the stern through the hull can operate for those inside the ship.
  • Powerful engines and navigation systems, allows the ship to be flown like a very big and fast cruiser.
  • Moving ray shields in the corridors for sweeping out potential intruders and/or boxing them in.
  • Powerful deflector shields that can remain on even if they are cloaked due to being on separate power and control systems.
  • Advanced damage control systems with powerful and highly-redundant systems.
STRENGTHS
  • Very stealthy ship, able to be in the outskirts of a potentially-hostile system for prolonged periods of time without being detected.
  • Very fast and maneuverable, capable of outrunning and outmaneuvering many fast star destroyers.
  • Very powerful scanners and electronic surveillance equipment and support computer cores, able to monitor and record vast amounts of military and civilian communications.
  • Very powerful jammers can badly disrupt an entire planet's communications and most shipboard long-range sensors.
  • Powerful directional beaming communications suites, able to compact and transmit files on a data stream to avoid potential intercept.
  • Strong internal security measures, boarding or infiltrating this ship would be incredibly difficult to successfully accomplish.
  • Can remain on station for a very long time operating at a high rate of efficiency.
  • Heavily-encrypted computer and communications systems to prevent comms tapping.
  • Excellent damage control measures.
WEAKNESSES
  • A very, very expensive ship.
  • Its semi-rare hull material make repairing hull damage a costly fix.
  • Powerful and sensitive computer equipment is very costly and bulky and is expensive to repair due to large amounts of supporting power and cooling infrastructure.
  • Under-equipped for a long fight, its ammunition stockpile is quite small, it won't last more very long before running out of proton shells.
  • Cloaking system is prone to environmental damage (i.e. asteroids, debris, etc.).
  • Can reveal its directional position when it powers on its large jammer disc.
  • Small crew for a ship its size.
  • Small hangar capacity, incapable of launching a large fighter screen or invasion force in combat.
  • In order to have a fighter screen the ship reveals its position, if it wants to maintain its concealment it sacrifices having a deployed fighter screen.
DESCRIPTION
The bigger badder brother of the Prowler-Class, among the most important and expensive assets of the Crossroads Republic. It is the 12-strong Encroacher fleet that is the all-seeing eyes and ears of the Crossroads Republic's intelligence branches. They are jointly-operated by civilian and military intelligence personnel, drawing upon highly-vetted electronic surveillance experts, hackers, slicers, and direct-action operatives who go through several years of specialty training before they are granted access to even going near a Encroacher-Class ship, same as a Prowler. Like the Prowler these personnel are experts in their fields, but unlike the Prowler fleet the Encroacher fleet is designed with combat in mind, although it is a powerful raider, designed to rapidly blind and mute its victims before overpowering them with a powerful long-range volley of missiles and proton shells and then escaping before larger warships can arrive. This hit-and-run tactic is designed to protect the ship from combat damage and the primary target tends to be crucial enemy convoys whenever more conventional forces are unavailable or otherwise not capable, which its weapons can usually deal with with great ease.

These ships' weapons, while minimal, are designed to be capable of dealing with the kinds of threats that can catch these very elusive ships, which are usually the same ships that tend to be the escorts of the convoys. However, if a cruiser or a large frigate can catch this ship it will be in very real trouble. However, the real trouble with the Encroacher is finding it, they never ever enter the vicinity of hostile capital warships, preferring to remain in open space well-away from where patrols might even look towards. There they remain at the bare minimum of operating capacity while listening and deciphering everything that is sent wireless. Usually, this ship is the first to launch a hostile act against a target, turning on its powerful jammers to blind, deafen, and mute an enemy fleet or planetary defenses prior to an assault and to keep this up throughout the battle. These jammers are also used in a harassing capacity, usually in place of actual armed conflict.

Two issues.

One, you are one rating to high. Please reduce a rating or reduce your production to Unique.

  • Length: 3,000 Meters
  • Width: 750 Meters
  • Height: 1,000 Meters

  • Hangar Space: Very Low: 9
  • Hangar Allocations:
    • Starfighters: 7 squadrons
    • Support Craft: 2 squadrons
3000m [Base: 3 | Very Low: 7 | Low: 12 | Average: 16 | High: 21 | Very High: 25 | Extreme: 30]
Wrong Hanger Space allotment. Please fix and repair.

Let me know when you repair all the problems.
