Says 2016-04-13 here (Above link) for the Blu-Ray. The normal DVD is also the same date below.

Now I will buy the Blu-Ray, however if it is released earlier elsewhere in the world, like on 2016-04-01 like someone else suggested, then there is no way that I'm not having a copy then when others do. I will therefore then obtain it using other means, that's the dvd copy, but still buy the Blu-Ray on the 13th which I'll pre-order next week.
