CIRCE LETTER(sent to all friends or business partners of Circe)

To whom it may concern,

Miss Savan has taken an extended leave of absence. In her stead, a substitute will continue day to day operations. Please forward your current status, if you are still connected, to this datapad number. A large number of worker positions are needed to be filled out as well, and Emeritus would like to help you and your current state however best we can.

Regards,
Jentara Vel

EMERITUS LETTER(sent to everyone via replicating mass-mail)

Emeritus Industries is aware of the chaos and mass disappearance of people across the entire galaxy. We have partnered with a select group of governmental individuals from the varying galactic powers in order to provide a degree of stability while this situation is researched and dealt with.

At the bottom of this message will be a datapad address. If you want to get away from the chaos and help return things to an orderly state, please send a message to the address and we will inform you as to what you need to do in order to assist. Keep calm - the DMZ will provide the necessary stability to ensure that things maintain safe for everyone.

Regards,
Emeritus Industries

[DATAPAD ADDRESS ENCLOSED]

The tremors were sickening; Aria could feel them in the pit of her stomach like a terrible flu threatening to erupt. The Galaxy was faltering, she could sense it in the billions of force signatures that were simultaneously wiped from existence, but this wasn't anything comparable to death. Not only had she seen it first hand, as her partner, [member="Gareth Yalthik"], had disappeared in front of her, but there was something disparate about the pain that followed; something that was contrasting to the Force itself and explained only as a sinking sensation. What she could have reached out and touched only moments before seemed to be retreating away from her. The Jedi Knight wanted to hurl, but for lack of breakfast was unable.

She raised a hand, rubbing her middle and index finger upon her temple as if attempting to conquer a horrible migraine, but nothing would sate the deep feeling of loss that rushed through her. He had been taken so expeditiously that she'd barely been able to register the reaction upon his face. Were they scared? Were they hurt? Were did they go? She might have been able to tell if her connection to the Force weren't so fleeting and it was that, the sentiment of not knowing, that made her the most ill.

Was it possible that others were aware of what was going on? Surely she couldn't have been the only force-sensitive to notice the disappearance of billions of people within the Galaxy in less than a minutes time. It had felt like a bomb had exploded, tearing the lives of everyone around her from her grasp. Her heart thumped viciously in her chest and her brain swelled, pressing upon her skull in such a manner that it threatened to knock her over.

The palms of her hands perspired as she reached for her datapad just in time for it to signal a new message. Part of her had hoped that it might have been Gareth letting her know that he was alright, but instead she found two letters, one from Miss [member="Jentara Vel"] that was easily skimmed over and the other from Emeritus Industries. She was wary to reply for lack of understanding, but threw together a quick response. The least she could do was help out until she was confident on how to retrieve Gareth.

Emeritus Industries,

I'm willing to lend a hand wherever I am needed so that we might figure out this situation and locate everyone whom is now considered 'missing'. Please let me know where I can be of the most assistance.

Regards,
Jedi Knight Aria Xius.

She dropped her datapad upon the table beside her and dropped down upon the couch where Gareth had been sitting. Perhaps part of her had hoped she might be taken too, so that her answers could be answered quickly, but she wasn't so lucky. The cushions engulfed her, but she remained in the small room. It was going to take her a moment of quiet meditation to combat the dizzying feeling that plagued her and the concern she felt for all of those who had been taken.

The first response back. Ignoring the response from Ven, though that was to a message of a personal touch. Jentara made sure to quickly respond to the message in question, in order to provide whatever sort of best reaction she could.

Jedi Knight Aria Xius,

Thank you for responding to our automated email. There is a small transport waiting at the local spaceport which has been given notification of your oncoming arrival, along with payment for your trip. The pilot has been informed of where he is to take you. Hurry and do this without delay - we will meet you at your destination.

Regards,
Jentara Vel
Emeritus Industries

There was a large part of her that wanted to lag behind, if only for a moment to give herself more time to come to terms with the situation. The distance she felt from the Force made her ill, but there were others in need of her help, Gareth included. The promise she had made at her Knighting Ceremony and the strong urge she felt to keep that promise, to always put the needs of others in front of her own, motivated her to her feet.

Aria sent [member="Jentara Vel"] and Emeritus Industries a brief response to let them know that she was on her way, before gathering her equipment to leave. Utility belt and medical kit stocked with rations for her journey as well as whatever she might need for the horrors she would, no doubt, encounter.

With a heavy heart she alerted the Council to her position and headed straight from the confines of their temple to Knossa Spaceport.

Upon her arrival she was greeted outside a small shuttle. The pilot introduced himself and confirmed that she was headed to meet with Jentara before stepping aside and allowing the Knight to ascend the lowered ramp.

She found a seat, preparing for a long flight to an unknown destination. The only thing that kept her going was the thought of finding Gareth and the others; she could only hope that they were still alive.
