Equipment for recycling space debris

I would probably want to design another class of ships (largest dimension < 1,000 meters because Ringovinda StarYards is still tier 2) that can be used to recycle space debris. What equipment would a ship require in order to recycle space debris, especially the fine dust?

Sasori makes a converter that recycles everything fed to it and can be used to make what you want from the raw molecules

The closest thing that comes to mind would be, unfortunately, some piece of equipment that was used on World Devastators (although that ship would not be able to produce manufactured products, just refined materials)...

Now that equipment used to clean space lanes, as well as terrestrial roads, has found some use for minesweeping as well...
