STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Erich has a commodity of different skills each acquired over the course of the first 22 years of his life. As a Garhoon he has inherited several dozen different traits, some enhance his strength, speed, and sight. While other do the direct opposite. Unfortunately when Erich touches direct sunlight his skin begins to get rashes, it burns him after a while and if he is exposed to twin suns like on Tatooine he will begin to burn and “dry up” faster. This process causes him an immense amount of pain, which is why he usually wears both a mask and full body armor even on normally temperate worlds.

Along with this major drawback from his Garhoon Lineage Erich also inherited some...mutations from his family. Erich unlike many other Garhoons is part of a sub-species that developed through a set of mutations within his genealogy. Eventually this set of mutations that were bred into him resulted in the manifestations of some very strange traits. For starters instead of only feeding on the blood of a victim Erich hungered for the Marrow within their bones. This lead to him actually "consuming" victims limbs and denser bones. This hunger for marrow made him and outsider within his own people. The Garhoons frowned upon this behavior, but saw no way to stump it. So as Erich grew so did his other abilities. He became stronger and faster than his brothers and sisters, and as he ate more and more marrow these abilities only grew faster. He developed new traits along with the hunger for marrow, his skin became even more sensitive to sunlight, his eyes shifted in colors depending on his hunger and he became much more susceptible to bloodlust. It was quickly apparent that Erich had become something different than a regular Garhoon.

He had been born into a new Sub-species of Garhoon. It was rare that creatures like he existed but it was not unheard of within their society. Erich was looked down upon, his strength, speed, and hunger to consume an entire person was considered unnatural. Eventually was found to have one last trait, he had the ability to consume other Garhoons.

SHIP:
Erich has no ship of his own, usually when he needs to get around he steals or is provided what he needs by whoever hires him.

BIOGRAPHY:
Erich Lor was born in 813 ABY nearly a century after the gulag Virus. Because of this, and because of a lack of wanting to learn Erich knows little to absolutely nothing about the virus that plagued the galaxy for so long. When he was born Erich was lorded by his parents as the savior of his family. He was the first child born to them in nearly two hundred and fifty years, unbeknownst to them Erich was anything but a savior.

From a young age Erich was shown to be impulsive, arrogant, but most of all, smart. From a young age Erich began to act out, he learned what he could and where he could about subjects that interested him although these were mostly about fighting and killing. His parents, in the traditions of what they were attempted to teach Erich everything he would have to know, the young Garhoon however ignored his parents. He ignored their all important lessons, taking them as useless and part of an ancient past. He cared almost nothing for history and would learn none of it. He trained himself in the arts of combat, finding a particular niche in the use of the entirely out dated energy bow. He found that in its use he could wound a target, but not kill them leaving them alive for him to feed on. When he turned fifteen his parents finally saw past the act that he was showing them and decided to give him a test.

His mother and father along with the rest of his kind that hung around his parents posed him question after question. They asked and he answered for what seemed like hours. Each time he guessed correctly or fabricated something to please the elders, his charm and natural ability to convince people of anything he wanted bled through quite easily. Eventually however there came a time when he could not fake his way through the test anymore. When the subjects turned to History, Erich knew that he had lost. Immediately the young Garhoon lashed out, not at his parents or the clan of course. It would have been foolish to fight them.

Instead he slaughtered the slaves around them in what seemed like an instant. He saturated the floor with a massive amount of blood driving his parents and the elders into a bloodlust. In their rabid craving for blood Erich escaped from their fortress out into the galaxy at large.

It was here, after a few days of blighted travel that Erich stumbled into his first bloodlust. After having not fed for almost a week Erich finally stumbled upon a pirate world. His ship was captured and taken to their planet, where as always the pirates got greedy. They figured that a fifteen year old with his own ship must have had rich parents, and so instead of killing him on the spot they decided to lock him up. This was their mistake. At this time Erich was so lost in his lust to feed he had no idea what was going on, but as soon as he was alone with only two of the pirates he let loose his rage. In a manner of minutes Erich slaughtered them both using his considerable strength to literally tear them into bits. By the end of the ordeal the two pirates lay dead with blood quite literally covering Erich from head to toe. His bloodlust had been satiated, although he was hardly done killing at that point. Over the next few hours he began to systematically slaughter and kill a sum total of 127 pirates. The fortress at the end of it was filed with nothing but blood and corpses, and at the center of it stood the Garhoon in laughter.

From the pirates Erich was able to gather everything he needed. Credits, weapons, and even a temporary ship were easy for him to grab. So the fifteen year old made his way from the pirate world, leaving the planet behind with not a care in the world. For the next seven years a slaughter on that scale did not occur again, rumors and hush whispers were head everywhere around the galaxy of people slaughtered and drained of blood, but they were nothing more than that. Erich over the next few years trained himself, he became a greater fighter and killer until eventually he resurfaced.

During this time Erich was captured several times feeding on civilians. He has been sent to dozens of different prisons all over the entire galaxy. Because of this and following with traditions that sat within most prisons Erich's torso is entirely covered in tattoo's. These Tattoos are of an intricate and quite detailed design, they tell Erich's entire life story. His crimes, his occupation, everything one might want to know about the young man could be found out by looking at his tattoos. Most of his time in prison however was brief, and in the seven "black" years he mostly trained himself to fight.

At the age of 22 Erich decided that it was time for a change. For the past seven years he had been training himself, by even the best armies standards he was a soldier now. Glimpses of Erich were caught in most major war zones around the galaxy. Small civil wars, revolutions, full on fleet battles. In almost every major engagement someone reported seeing a figure dressed in a black body suit wielding an energy bow and a single WESTAR-34 blaster pistol. Rumor's piled up, and eventually Erich's form began to be known in war zones. The young Garhoon enjoyed the fame, enjoyed the infamy and rumors that surrounded him.

Above all Erich was a megalomaniac, he loved attention in all its forms. He had found the perfect cover, the perfect way for him to make money, feed, and not only survive, but thrive. He was Erich Lor The Merc with a penchant for Energy Bows.
