Someone has to save our skins! - Equipped with a take-charge attitude and a penchant for a direct approach to problem-solving, Eris isn't afraid to take up arms and put herself at risk for the sake of the team, even in her advanced years.
I happen to like nice men... - Widowed at the tender age of 29 after only four years of marriage, Eris maintains a loyalty to her beloved husband decades on.
We don't need any of your help! - Eris watched the Silver Jedi Order paint a target on its own backs, and then fail to protect the planets they held sway over. As the SJO's territory crumbled, her distrust of Jedi increased, and to this day she finds it difficult to trust in the advice of the Jedi.
I have a bad feeling about this. - Eris has always called it intuition, but her unexplored sensitivity to the Force occasionally gives her a premonitory sense of danger.
I am not a committee! - Although she considers herself a leader, Eris is not one to play games and beat around the bush, which made her previous roles as a political leader something of a challenge. Meetings, debates, and Roberts' Rules of Order are no match for a good blaster at your side.
I know. - After nearly six decades on the physical plane, and four of them as leader of various military groups, including as a militarist separatist group agitating against the Silver Jedi Order in its waning days and the First Order's remnants following the Sack of Dosuun, Eris believes she has seen it all and doesn't take kindly to having her experience or knowledge called into question (even if it should be).
APPEARANCE:
Reasonably slender for her age, she is shortish of stature but carries herself with a gravitas as befits her station.
BIOGRAPHY:
She was born on New Holstice, a member of the Volcata clan of wealthy industrialists. When the One Sith conquered her planet, she established a resistance cell, and recently took up the separatist mantle in the days of the Silver Jedi's declining influence over New Holstice. When the planets west of Ossus broke away, Eris was chosen to leader New Holstice's delegation to the convocation of planets that would become the Mara-Perlemian Trade Council. Following the collapse of the MPTC, Eris supported a variety of rebellion cells in First Order and Sith Empire space, eventually relocating to help build a major resistance cell on Bakura and played a major role in founding and leading the Sanctuary Systems Liberation Army. With the growth of fascist regimes and the resurgence of the First Order in the western reaches of the galaxy and a series of setbacks, Eris and her merry band of rebels vacated the scene, soon grouping up with the Verge Flotilla as a way to lay low and still manage to do some good.
