STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Enhanced Strength/Dexterity/Stamina: Emac Laith has undergone various Yuuzhang Vong bio tech procedures that have granted him enhanced strength, dexterity and stamina. Synthetic muscle has been grafted throughout Ermac's body and merged with his own tissue granting him twice the strength of a normal man along with increased reflexes to match his physical strength. Ermac can move faster and hit harder when he pushes the limitations of his synthetic muscle but he can only maintain this for short periods of time. His stamina has also been increased by way of special enzymes introduced into his body that literally deconstructs lactic acid as his muscles produce it due to exertion. This allows Ermac to last longer without his muscles cramping up and to be able to preform at roughly twice the capacity of a man before he is fatigued.
Increased Bone Density: Born a Near Human Ermac's skeletal structure is actually significantly denser than that of a normal humans. While Ermac might appear to look normal his bone density actually accounts for an extra 30lbs of weight out of his 240lbs. Due to the density of his bones they are less likely to break under pressure and are more difficult to snap meaning that Ermac is somewhat resistant to that kind of damage.
Combat Training: This accounts for firearms, melee and hand to hand combat training that Ermac has received. While he is not a master in any one thing he is competant in all of them to a degree that he can hold his own comfortably in most situations. Aside from the fact that Ermac knows how to fight he also knows how to fight dirty which is usually enough to even the odds if he requires a bit of an edge.
Drug Addiction (Weakness): Ermac is addicted to drugs. None in particular though he is fondest of easily concealed types that can be administered in pill form or via small injection devices that need be pressed against the skin. Were Ermac to go without for to long he would begin to suffer from homicidal and violent tendancies.
Arrogance (Weakness): Ermac Laith knows he's good at what he does and he has the kind of confidence that shows this. Unforetunately his confidence is also a crutch. Unless faced with overwhelming odds Ermac is loathe to admit defeat and will often fight to the finish even if he is particpating in a no win situation.

Battle Armor, Medium: This armor is a composite of other armors mixed together to create an effective full body suit that offer protection in combat. It functions no different than any other type of Medium Battle Armor and has no special properties besides those normally conferred from armor of its type.
Mesh Armor: This armor is normally worn underneath Ermac's clothing if he is not engaged in a combat situation, at which time he would usually be wearing his battle armor. It's light and durable enough to offer some protection from a blaster shot or two but isn't designed to protect against massive amounts of damage. Being a light armor it doesn't actually impede the movements of its wearer much either.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born somewhere in the Outer Rim the man known as Ermac Laith had a fairly common childhood as far as anyone knows. He had parents who made a living as he tells it and he grew up with a fairly standard education. That's what he tells anyone who knows him anyways seeing as how Ermac Laith believes that the less people know about him the better. The business of being a Mercenary isn't a social one which means that Ermac is usually more about action than socializing though if the money is right he has no problem taking a seat to chat with a potential client.
Ermac is fairly good at keeping his history to himself but several things are known about him such as the fact he has a history with the Yuuzhang Vong. He refuses to speak about it beyond acknowledging that they had an arrangement with one another at one time which was amiable enough to see him benefit from several forms of biological technology but that their arrangement has since been concluded. While he obviously appreciates the Yuuzhang Vong, at least the ones he had contact with Ermac will take contracts against members of the race without hesitation. As he tells anyone who asks their previous arrangement has since been terminated.
Aside from those smalls bits of backstory what is known about Ermac is that as a Mercenary he's willing to take on dangerous missions that lead deep into different territories. He has no allegiance to the Republic, the Imperial Remnant or the Sith but is willing to work with all of them if they meet his price. Ermac also moonlights as an Arms Dealer and has been known to buy, and sometimes take, weapons from one faction and sell them to another. Whenever he's questioned about his ethics his answer remains straightforward...
"Sometimes the various governments of the universe don't like to get their hands dirty which is where I come in. I sell to the enemies of your enemy which makes me your friend in the eyes of your leader. I may be evil but I'm a necessary evil."
Ermac has rubbed shoulders with influential people all across the galaxy however he isn't dumb enough to believe that just because one faction needs him today that they won't be willing to kill him tomorrow which is why he never trusts his employers even if he remains on friendly terms with them.
While he might be found fighting for the Republic today he could be discovered fighting for the Mandalorians tomorrow. In a weeks time he could be fighting for the Imperials. After that who knows? Ermac Laith could even be fighting for you.
When not on a mission somewhere he can usually be found on the planet of Tatooine.
