RATIONALE
Grell Noba's journey to becoming the head of Escharum Risk Control began with his inheritance of the company from his father, Karjek Noba. Originally, the company was a modest starshipwright focused on crafting reliable vessels for interplanetary travel. Karjek founded the company with a vision of providing quality starships to independent traders in the Outer Rim. However, the potential for greater achievements lay dormant, awaiting the right leader to unlock it.
Recognizing the limitations of focusing solely on starship production, Grell embarked on a bold strategy to diversify the company's offerings. He expanded into the production of battle droids and weaponry, sectors that were becoming increasingly lucrative with the rising tensions across the galaxy.
