Kal
Whispers
"That last one, the gel," Sylvia mused, "that just gave me an idea. I love this hair color, but honestly, having to re-dye it constantly is a massive pain."

- Bone white hair that looks colourful to beings with an especially broad visible spectrum.
- Bioluminescent hair that gently waves as if constantly brushed by an ethereal breeze.
- Hair whose colour shifts to represent the person's current emotional state.
- Regular hair, but recoloured. A bit more/less curly than normal, maybe?
- Instant Hair Dye: Instadye, true to its name, acts remarkably quickly and easily; if in a hurry it can be applied and start to work in seconds.
- Hirsutal Mastery: Instadye lets one quickly and easily change all manner of properties pertaining to one's hair, from colour to curliness.
- Aesthetics: Instadye doesn't actually do anything beyond making you look good, or perhaps strengthen your hair a bit.
- Forceful: Instadye relies on the Force to function; if applied near Void Stone/Ysalamiri/etc. it may have odd effects.
While not particularly interested in hair, the Shadow known as Kal set out to make yet another haircare product following the commercial success of the previous hair growth/removal gel and advice received from Sylvia Virtos, a spacer he briefly stalked for research purposes.
Like its conceptual forebearer, Instadye makes use of the mystical art of Force Alchemy and the labour of the Weavers to produce largely cosmetic or at most mildly utilitarian changes in a being's hair. As a result, "universal dyes" are quite possible - unlike conventional dyes, these adhere to the thoughts and wishes of the user but should generally be applied in front of a mirror so that one can will corrections into being as appropriate.
