Personality:Ethan Alde is a cunning business man who always seeks to be the head of the room and doesn't hold back with his opinions on how galactic business. His fierce approach to debate and his willingness to do anything to get ahead of the competition is what landed him his job as CFO and eventual CEO of Nova-Tech Industries. Even with his fierce no punches pulled attitude, he is a brilliant financial and technological mind and his technology is what is most often put into production with the company.
In terms of his political standpoints, Ethan is of the opinion that the people of the galaxy neither need or truly even want government. He claims that all a person wants is to feel safe, protected and have a sense of order in their lives. He breaks the idea of government down to almost a pure natural instinct to preserve oneself and the 'human' want of creature comforts. Thus, he believes that galactic governments are doomed to one day fall subservient to the people who really give the citizens what they, the corporations. He firmly believes that entities such as the Techno Union, Corporate Authority and other such organizations are the future of the galaxy and will replace traditional government structure.
With such an aggressive view of the destiny of the galaxy's corporations, it is not hard to imagine how serious Alde takes the well being of his business. He believes in a "frontier" justice system when it comes to dealing with corporate spies and traitors and has even been known to suggest "false-flag" operations to frame competition for horrendous crimes. Worse still there are rumors of him planning operations against civilians for varying degrees of corporate gain.

HISTORY
Ethan was born to Rola and Vince Alde on the planet of Corellia, fifty-seven years ago to the day. His father worked as a technological adviser for Corellian Engineering in its early days restarting during the Darkness while his mother stayed at home with him and his sister. Ethan saw the technology that came out of Corellian Engineering and saw his father work on designs at home and he knew he wanted to do the same thing. His grades in school were nothing to gawk at, but his teachers loved him and his father was proud to see him begin to come up with his own designs when he entered into his teens.
Throughout his childhood, he shared a close bond with his family and he and his younger sister of two years often played with one another. While Ethan received horrible grades in school but excelled outside of the classroom, Cameron excelled in school but rarely participated in any activities outside of it. Cameron was a tomboy by heart and though she did not look the part, one could tell that inside her raged the spirit of a girl who could not adhere to the traditional norms. Ethan liked that side of his sister and even though she was the younger, the boy took some influence from her social interactions.
When Ethan was sixteen, his father got entangled into an internal affairs investigation at Corellian Engineering that dealt with a long running operation of Corporate Espionage. As it turned out, one of his father's oldest colleagues was a corporate spy for an upstart company and had stolen all of his father's work over a decade's period. His father was crushed and demanded that the company sue not only the upstart but the spy as well. The company had no problem with the law suit as it was in their interest as well and they were already planning on bringing in a lawyer. The case lasted but a year and thanks to corruption in the legal system, the upstart was able to win the case through "lack of evidence".
His father was sickened by the display and secretly went to the company heads and demanded action that was never spoken of outside the CEO's office. His father wished the spy to be killed on the company's dollar and that was seen as extremely rash , thus his father was fired the following day to be replaced by his trainee. Flushed with anger and shame, his father returned home and took up drinking and every night he would have rave at his son about how the law and government were a joke and the only true justice was what you made of it. This ideas slowly festered in Ethan's mind and soon he twisted it into his own idea of corporate superiority that he endorses today.
While his father sank into a deep depression, his mother was forced to return to her previous profession as a financial supervisor. Unfortunately for her, she was only able to find a job with a local store that could not afford to pay her a corporate salary. The family fell on hard times and their life of luxury was over, forcing each child to get a job to support the family while his father just continued on a downward spiral. Ethan found a job as a clerk at the same store his mother worked at and attended a university online come his eighteenth birthday. He took a psychology course and as he went through it he began to form even more twisted ideas of his father's original words. Why would someone like his dad's spy colleague risk everything in the eyes of the law for the company he worked for? To him the idea was simple, 'human nature'.
Humans and all other aliens shared a common want to live and have the creature comforts that were provided to them by corporations. His father had sunk into a depression once those comforts stopped coming and his colleague had betrayed him in order to gain those luxuries. People didn't truly care about the government, they wanted to feel safe and be comfortable. Governments used to be able to provide that themselves but in this day in age the corporations held the true power.
By the end of his university schooling, Ethan found himself with a master degree in business and a PhD in Technology. By this time his father had died of an advanced form of stomach cancer and his mother had fallen ill. His sister, however, found herself working in the security field as a VIP security specialist. Ethan stayed on Corellia until his mother passed away and then set out into the galaxy to make his own fortune.
Ethan left Corellia for Alderaan and found himself a small job at an upstart swoopbike company and assisted them in the creations of new designs and gave them financial advice and dealt with most of their accounts. The years following saw him leaving one cozy job for another across the galaxy, slowly building his name and experience. In recent times, Ethan stumbled upon a group of male humans working with corporate Cranscoc on the planet of Cartoa. These Cranscoc wished to restart their ancient company that was destroyed long before the darkness, Spaarti Creations. This new company promised to be the first in galactic technology and that struck Ethan as a highly profitable opportunity. Leaving a much higher paying job, Ethan approached the company and was hired on to be their Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the board of executives.
He served on the board for two years and became angered with the lack of progress the company was making outside of a single system, being more of a mom and pop shop rather than a company deserving of a board of executives. He wanted to take control and so he began to secretly steer the small companies fragile economic state into the dumps with small hints of bad advice and investments. Quickly the company began to lose money and in the panic, Ethan suggested they take the company public in order to try and salvage what they could. The panic had set in and the ill experienced executives agreed in paranoia, taking the company public the following year. As soon as the shares went public, Ethan bought over eighty percent of them and took majority control of the company. With his position as owner secure, he made himself CEO and fired the board of executives. He now works to turn Spaarti Creations into a respectable company recognized throughout the galaxy.
