STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
+ Shielded – Eulalie inherited the natural shielding that Epicanthix has over their mind. Her mind is a fortress against intrusion from the Force - this includes influence, domination, mind reading, and persuasion.
+ Herbs & Cookin’ – Eulalie is an excellent, gifted cook. She can cook meals from out of nothing and somehow turn it into a delicious meal! A part of this is she is excellent at finding herbs and such. She’s able to find all sorts of ingredients in her natural environment!
+ Beautiful – Being of Hapan and Epicanthix descent, Eulalie is a natural beauty.
- Low Self-Esteem – Maybe it is a product of being a teenager, but Eulalie, despite being a beautiful young woman, has a very low self-esteem. She assumes she’ll always be a small, lame cook with no real future. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing, but if someone was to say something different, she’d deny it.
- Lonely – Eulalie is naturally afraid of being alone. After the death of her mother, she feels that she may never adjust and find friendship on Sabarene.
- Clumsy – Eulalie, while graceful, is a clumsy woman who often trips, falls, and so forth. In a close combat situation, she’d probably be in a very bad situation.
- Weak Eyesight – Eulalie cannot see in the dark – at all. Due to her Hapan ancestry, she can only make out the outlines of some objects in the dark. In full darkness, she is blind. As such, she almost always has a small flashlight somewhere.
APPEARANCE
Eulalie is a tall, slender and slightly muscular teenager. She usually has hair in tight, slightly messy buns or brushed down. She usually wears relatively bland, basic dresses (especially while working) or simple shirts and jeans (mainly due to poverty.)
BIOGRAPHY
It was crazy how life changed in a matter of moments.
It seemed like yesterday that she was busy with schooling in the morning and then working in the kitchen at night. It was just a small, little side street food dispenser on the lower levels of Coruscant. Built into one of the many large, towering skyscrapers of the ecumenopolis, she and her mother worked and lived.
It was a simple, hard living but it was a good life. She and her mother, while in poverty, were happy. That made it worth it.
The collapse of the Galactic Alliance and the subsequent razing of Coruscant meant she and her mother had to pack their little belongings and flee. At the spaceport to leave, an explosion happened. It knocked everyone down. Glass, metal, debris flew everywhere. And that was when she heard a scream and then… Nothing. She woke up a couple hours later on a nearby cot, but… Her mother was gone. Whether dead or not, she never knew.
Several days later, she managed to use all her leftover credits, on a dingy, overcrowded refugee ship that was heading to Sabarene. She didn’t know much about the planet, where it was, or why she should go there. It was just the cheapest option, despite its far distance.
Now? She was on Sabarene, working and being trained in the Palace’s kitchen. She wasn’t always cooking meals, though – she did other servant like things, like clean and serve tea. Her life was going nowhere special, just like back on Coruscant. It was a constant – cook, clean, sleep, go to school.
It gave her credits. A roof over her head. And a small education on the side. She missed her mother. Maybe one day she could search for her, find her. Or at least, know if she was truly died and was with the Force or in the Nether or whatever happened to souls.
