A timid and kind young girl, Everest is a devoted student of the Jedi path. Raised in a traditional Echani household on Eshan, she spent her youth sheltered from the dangers of the galaxy. From an early age, the methods of the ancient Echani martial art were drilled into her until it defined her very life.
Even as a toddler, Everest would tell her parents of the wisps of light she would see around her whenever she was quiet and alone, and over time she developed a sense of companionship and comfort from this light. The wisps gave her a sense of completeness and guidance which she had otherwise been missing in her upbringing. It wasn't until she grew older when she realised these were expressions of the Force made visible to her.
At a young age, Everest's father - a Jedi Knight of some renown - disappeared on a covert mission into Sith space, leaving her to be raised alone by her mother. It wasn't long before she were requested to commence her own training with the Jedi, and a week before her 17th birthday she found herself on a shuttle to Coruscant's New Jedi Temple.
Thus began the journey of Everest Vale, Ally of the Light.

The Promise of Spring - Finding peace in the gardens of Coruscant Temple, Eve makes the acquaintance of Shan Pavond.
Be Like Water - Eve meets the half-Echani Braze in the dojo, and the two test their skills in the martial arts with one another.
Snowball Jedha - Eve is taken on a mission to frozen Jedha with Master Noble, giving her some much needed field experience.
