Exiled Ones {PM to Join}

Location: Csilla, upper atmosphere.. Lands in small space port.

Heading toward the planet in a familar AEG-77 Vigo armed Cargo ship. Nulgath smirked as he remembered the memories he had of Kezeroth destroying his droid crew when things did not go his way. All of the Gen'dais resources were as the Epicanthixs use now and he would use them well. The chatter over the radios and comms often talked rumors about the strange Portal the remained on Csilla somewhere in the frozen waste lands it was not something not talked about after all.

If a strange portal appeared on your planet you would tell stories about it too but this was not the issue. Finding someone willing enough to guide Nulgath there was. The Nether event was long ago but the galaxy was still only recovering from the chaos it caused. As the Ship began to descend and eventually land Nulgath suited up in his armored robes, The robes were thick enough to block out some of the cold and keep him warm the rest would be done by his verpine energy shield. A piece of tech that always was useful.

Walking out of the cockpit and into the armory Nulgath looked over the extensive amount of weapons the Kezeroth used in the past. Most of them big and not some thing the Epicnathix would ever think of using but some pistols and such did grab his attention. Verpine shatter pistols were small, compact and deadly, his favorite ranged weapon.

Geared and ready Nulgath went over his objectives one last time as he spoke to himself within the ship.
" Aquire a guide, through whatever means or steal the information. Enter the through the portal and search for the ghost of Balthazar the Exiled." In words it sounded all too easy. With a smirk he shook his head some, he was in for some trouble in the near future. Csilla was the Chiss home world and as such under the protect of One Sith. A confrontation was bound to occur sooner or later.

Walking through the small town Nulgath directed his attention to the Cantina. It was a good start and best place to find rumor or perhaps a guide. As Nulgath walked into the bar many Chiss eyed him shortly examining his person and resumed their entertainment with drinks. Approaching the bar tender the Epicanthix nodded and took a seat. Ordering a small shot of corellian ale he signaled the Male to come back.

" I've heard rumors that their is an anomaly on this planet. Do you know what I speak of?" he asked as he dunked the shot back. The bartender frowned some as he knew what the topic the armored robed man spoke about was, but he denied it with a simple shake of him head. Giving a rather annoyed look Nulgath sat in the Cantina listening and thinking. The far corner he could hear a couple talking about their issues, another table was complaining about the cold and another was talking about ghosts and other such topics of mystery.

Getting up from the bar only to stand at a corner for a better view Nulgath eyed the table with interest as the smugglers continued.

" Im tellin ya! We could go hide our stuff in their and come back for it!" a Chiss muttered to his friends, One was a human and the other a Zabrak. Interesting.

" You dont know whats in their! Csilla has been strange since the ... You know." The Zabrak said looking around some. " What you think?" the Zabrak turned to the human at the table.

" I dont want anything to do with what your talking about, Ive been seen it before its nothing good." the human spoke his opinion and left to sit at the bar. The Nether occurrence was truly something to fear back then. Two remained, Zabrak or the Chiss. Either one would work out fine but it depended on who talked less.

"Hmm..."

Walking from the dark corner Nulgath took a seat at the table. The glances he got were quite funny to focus on so Nulgath tried his best not to laugh. With a smile he spoke " I will be blunt, I am Sith in search of a portal. Its here some where on Csilla, I need to know where." He nodded to the men waiting their response. The Chiss and Zabrak eyed each other, one of them even started sweating. Both men were on edge and ready to go, Nulgath could sense it as well as see it in his eyes.

" Did I stutter?" he added as he looked at the two men once more.

" We..dont know where it is..." The Chiss answered as the Zabrak added.
" Then who does? " the Sith knight asked staring at the two but they gave no answer with their words. Looking at each other Nulgath focused his eyes on the Chiss as he quickly glanced at the Human at the bar. He didn't mean to but his ignorance as his down fall.

Getting up quickly the Epicanthix walked toward the Human to grab his from behind with a tight grip. Screams and yelling erupted in the Cantina as blasters were drawn. The Human was drunk this was a fact but his information could still be used. As tension grew the Sith suddenly gazed at those around him quickly scanning over everyone who wished to be a threat.

" Enough! I haven't the time for this!" With that said the patrons of the bar suddenly froze in place all in sync and dropped their weapons, the Epicanthix head began to ache and nose blood as he began to utilize Qazoi Kyantuska. Restricted with their movements Nulgath suddenly let loose a force push at everyone and quickly dragged the drunk Human off out of the cantina. Releasing the patrons from his mind control, nulgath groaned in pain from the strain!

" Grrrraaaaahhh!! I swear... This will be over soon!" he groaned and muttered as he swung a fist at the Human in his grasp, knocking him out the two made way to the nearest speeder. They would need one after all.

..Hours later..
Piloting the stolen XP-38 landspeeder Nulgath came to a stop as he read the scanners, He and his drunk patron were far from town by couple miles now. As the Epicanthix eyed the drunk human sleeping hunched in the passenger seat Nulgath could only squint at the human with disgust. The Sith knight was hardly a man of Honor but the fact that this one here got drunk to push the past aside was ridiculous in his view. All damning aside the trip to the portal would go know where if Nulgath did not wake the pathetic man up.

" You Dog! Wake up!" Nulgath said slapping the man across the face. The man twitched moving around some, his eyes opened up and he grasped his jaw wondering what happen to him.

" Who are you! What do you karking want with me!" he shouted as he looked around confused.
" You have something that I want, Information about the Portal. Tell me where I can find it!" Nulgath commanded as held his verpine shatter pistol up at the mans leg. He couldn't kill him but he could injure him greatly to get the information he needed. If the situation called for it then he would drain the mans knowledge and kill him but he wanted to avoid that option for now. Was better to converse his energy for what was to come.

" What! Are you mad! The Portal holds Nightmares of the Dead! What do you hope to find there?! Power??" The Human quickly Sobered up as he feared his life was in danger. He did not understand what the portal held or its purpose that it had in the Epicanthixs plans. The Portal was a bridge into a different realm, A realm waiting to be used. " Yes! The portal is a bridge into a different place! Now tell me where it is." He raised his voice some as he grew impatient.

" Where are we?" he suddenly sat up looking around through the windows of the landspeeder. " Go north for about 15 miles and you will begin to see it." The man said eager to leave the speeder. Nulgath did not believe it was that easy, 10 miles straight north that was all it took?! No. No. There had to be more! Rapidly moving his palm on the mans head the Sith knight forced his will apon the man.

" We shall see, we shall see!" he commented as he wormed his way into the mans mind. His trust in the man was non existent, How could he trust a man who did not understand anything about the portal and realm he once traveled through! Screaming in pain and agony Nulgath ceased his mind probing after finding out that was man was infact telling the truth? This was akward for the Epicanthix as he realized that his actions were not needed 100%.

Taking control of the wheel again the speeder began to move once more. The Man shook with fear holding his head in pain crying softly.
" Silence dog. If you die it will be by my hand." he said as he began to speed up through the frozen wastes of Csilla. Within hours the Portal would soon be his.

The XP38 speeder Zipped by in the frozen wastes leaving only a trail of icy dust. The Force was beginning to feel odd as they drew closer and closer. It was distorted and void like a patch in a quilt. Within minutes the destination Nulgath had been searching for was not in front of his eyes. It was bigger than he expected as it stood couple feet, almost the size of a normal building on coruscant. As the Speeder slowed down Nulgath began to question himself.

- This.. Is the portal? How did i miss this?- he said in his mind as he looked around. The thickness of the icy fog was dreadful around the portal, It was no wonder most could not see the dang thing... It was camouflaged by mists. Opening the speeder hatch and windows the Sith Knight leaped out with a smile on his masked face. The wind nipped at his body as he took in the sight of the beautiful mystery that was in front of him. As he stood staring he could see through the portal like it was an open door, there was an entire new land in their and he wanted to see it all!
Turning back to the man in the speeder Darth Mudrac lifted his hand summoning a pack of supplies to his grasp only to put the bag on his person. " Your usefulness has worn out, Dog! No go flee in fear!" He shouted commanding the man to leave him alone in the cold and he didn't have to say it a second sooner. The sober human was out of sight by the time Nulgath was done talking. Turning back to the Portal the Sith grinned wide.

" I will not be a slave to Death! I am the only true Sith!." he paused and slowly walked toward the portal looking to enter in the Netherworld.

" Passion? There is only Obsession!
Knowledge? A mere Conviction!
Purpose? Ah! .. No no. There is only my Will!
There is nothing... Only Me!"
After bolstering his mind and reminding himself of his intentions Nulgath Zardai entered into the Nether Realm.

Walking through the portal was simple, But this feel he got when he realized he had entered a different planar sphere was mind blowing. Was he obsessing over the anomaly that was the Nether? Yes, he was very much so. Looking at his new surroundings as he kneeled down in the sand. Yes, Sand. The new environment was odd. The very ground was cracked all over beyond the eye could see, The thick miasma of the darkside was almost over whelming to his senses as he obsessed the countless blades that littered the the ground. Some were new and some were quite ancient in appearance.

In the sky Gears turned as if they were placed their like clouds. This strange new land was odd. Nulgath had been taken to the The Field of Blades. Hell, Chaos, The Void. The names could go on and on but there was no doubt about it. Standing to his feet and walking slowly about the place a figure was caught from the corner of his eye. Suddenly it appeared again and again. The Sith knight could not directly find the figure but he knew it was around. Dust stirred as a blade of gripped and heaved from the sand in a sweeping sweep at Nulgaths person. Rolling to the side the epicanthix's eyes were open in full as he watched a illusionary robed figure eye him. He looked Sith but one could never be sure.

" Who are you!" Nulgath asked as he stood to his feet only to roll back into the dirt to avoid another swing of a blade. Words seemed useless at the moment. Deciding to flee from the spirit Nulgath dashed off in a sprint. The sounds of combat got louder and louder as he ran, spirits all over were fighting for an eternity. Trying to navigate without getting cut in half was hard and proved a challenge.

Within 25 minutes of traveling Nulgath had witnessed scenes and event he was beginning to doubt he saw. The Sith of Old were here in the place fighting for their place like the rest. Though it puzzled Nulgath why some spirits chose to fight and others seemed only to stand around as if they were waiting. Looking back with worry the Sith knight blinked as the portal was out of his sight. Turning back around the Epicanthix gripped a Blade from the ground and dashed back as a robed spirit approached him. The entity bared no weapon and seemed more interested in Nulgath than anyone else in this realm.

" This is not your domain, Is it? Why have you come here mortal? ... Are you lost?" The robed spirit asked as he removed his hood. The mans face held scars, some facial hair remained and his eyes burned like fire. A odd aura was about this specific spirit.

" You would think a spirit bound to a alternate plane would be more intelligent... I am in search of a man that goes by the name of Balthazar." the Knight jeered as he slightly lowered his blade and looked around. This field of blades held many hidden dangers.

The aged spirit chuckled and raised a brow as he got closer. " Tell me, As a disciple of a crooked Sith Order, Do you find Solace in the booked and ancient texts that have led you here? Curious the portal brought you to the field of blades first..." the man kneeled in a meditative stance as he ended. " It had been so long since ive seen a mortal in this place."

" I am Sith... But I do not freely desire to help the new order that is now. There beliefs are false and misguided by an expired leader. There can only be one vision, not many." Dropping the blade in the ground Nulgath was beggining to take a slight interest as the two spoke together. " I had some doubt but the minute to approached with out a weapon I could assume you were looking for me instead of the reverse. So I ask you the same question, Who are you and what is it you seek?" Nulgath titled his head as metal clanked in the Distance.

As the aged spirit got up and began to walk away he signaled with his finger and simply said. " If you wish to one day return to your realm. Follow me."

" Observe your planar environment. This is where you shall end up if you perish with a strong connection to the Darkside. Despite the Nethers attributes that void the sensation of the Force I can tell taht you are such an individual that is indeed strong with the Darkside. Such is a requirement in my opinion to even enter this realm. The Voids of the Nether can destroy a mortal with a wrong step in the blink of an eye." He paused and pointed the endless combat the continued to go on and on. " Many of the "recent" arrivals have yet to find themselves and come the realization that they are infact... Not living. The blood lust of battle keeps them ignorant forever stuck in combat. It took myself ages to figure this out."

"The Stagnate ones like myself have come to the realization that the combat drains us of our essence and very being. The process is long and slowy the combat will degrade you reducing you into something like that." The aged spirited point his finger at a beast in the far distance. Wild and instinctive the past warrior looked liked a wild beast of nature. " They are reduced to be a ravenous dark spirit of the Darkside. Only the true roam free on this plane or the... returning." he grinned as he nodded to the portal.

Nulgath was taken back by surprise that the this spirit knew so much about what was going on. " What is it that you want? Balthazar. Do not think me a fool! No man of on this plane or the next gives freely without something warranted from another. So tell me What is it you want?" The Sith Knight paused and took a single step back as he saw the portal in the distance. He thought he was the smartest and most clever and yet here and now Nulgath felt like an angry fool.

" Darth Mudrac you are indeed witty. Since the time for introductions have past I will be blunt! I know the reason you are here. You seek me but the next time you enter through that portal I am unsure you will be able to survive. The longer you spend here the longer the spirits of the dark become aware of you and will seek a combative challenge. You may be strong and smart but here you are nothing."

" My actions are not in vain! I have lead you back because I wish to see the galaxy unhindered once more. I will see what time has brought to the Sith Empire." Balthazar was rough in his tone, he was serious about what he wanted. But there was more.

" That can be arranged... But you must teach me the what you know of the Force. The texts of old hold you as a Master of Sorcery and the Force as a whole. Such power is useful." Nulgath crossed his arms against his chest. " Before I entered the portal other men spoke of ghosts that roamed close to the portal in the mortal plane. If you can Manifest yourself in this way then I wont have to come back to the dreaded place of combat. Least not for while."

" Such a task takes time.." he stated only to be interrupted.
" And time you have. Do you not?"

Balthazar could see where this was going. The Knight by his side intended to bind a part of him to the Spirit by means of Force Walk. A ritual that could not be practiced or done before hand. Took much knowledge and wisdom to complete and the user risked death if they failed. Either way the process did not matter for Balthazar. If this Sith did not make it then another would.

" Go. Return through the portal. We shall see if you have the strength required to I, Balthazar the Exiled."

Location :Waste Lands of Csilla, Directly outside the Portal.
Falling to his knees in exhaustion Nulgath gasped as he completed thought he completed the Ritual of Force Walking. The Icy ground had no effect on him as he ignored the humanly sensations in order to search his mind and being for something... More.
All was too easy? This is what occurred.
..10 minutes earlier..
Stepping out of the portal, Nulgath blinked profoundly as his objectives and goals have seemed to find him as fast as he found them. His expectation of how difficult his quest for Balthazar was high and yet now reduced to nothing. The convorsation he had previously with the man was quite the experience, Balthazar was wise and no more trust worthy than Nulgath himself. Nulgath did not trust the spirit of the Exlied at all and would mostly never would in full. Taking a moment to collect himself and prepare his mind and collective force reserves for what was to come at any moment.
Failure meant death, success had the possibly of death as well along with the possibility of losing ones identity. Entering a meditative mind set Nulgath focuses on the now nervously. Suddenly the Exiled one walked out of the Portal and into Csilla's planar sphere. " Unprepared? There is an old saying.. Those who dont plan, only plan to fail in the future." he commented with a sinister smirk. " My time here is limited. Tame my spirit or accept my same fate. I will not make a deal with you and reduce my self, you must size me up all your own. Now is the time!" he added eager to see if Nulgath could be the one used for his escape.

" Silence!" Nulgath shouted as he opened his eyes focused on Balthazars spirit in front of him. Practice of Force Walk was .. non existent. You either did or did not. Remembering the texts of old.

" You must pull on the tether that connects life and death. You must learn to bind both sides of the force, life and death." the quotes swirled in his mind as Nulgath acted on it. The tether of life and death. Connecting with Balthazar to start the ritual Nulgath's thoughts dwelled on the nature and all it brought. Ice nipped his body, wind blew against his skin and the damp mist wet his skin. All was living and connected to Life.

Balthazar made no sound but only nodded as he could feel an attempt. Suddenly caught in a state of confusion Nulgath took in the entire concept of death and embodied it. THoguhts went on the death of his friend [member="Kezeroth the Beholder"] and the Nether that caged the strongest of darkside spirits. Pulling on the tether of death. Finding his grasp of both Darth Mudrac finally began to pull with all his will and being.

" Yes... Give it your all! Do not hold back!" he shouted as his spirited began to float and lose form. With one final pull Nulgath groaned from the mental strain the ritual was causing! Finally watching the spirit of Balthazar dissappear in front of his eyes Nulgath fell to his knees in the icy cold.

- What happen! Where did he go? Was the ritual successful? How do I know its complete?- The epicanthixs thoughts were ripe with doubt. The SIlence in the howling breeze only produced anger from him, causing his face to turn a shade of red. "Poodoo!" he shouted kicking the snow below him.

" I dont see any poodoo any where near you. Tell me are you losing your sanity?" Balthazar spoke from a deep part within Mudracs mental causing the Knight to smirk slightly.
" You... sinister bastard." he sneered as he got up to his feet in a weakened state of being.

" Yes, yes I know. You continue to Impress me... In time you will learn, much."
