Felucia_dawn.jpg
Felucia; a planet with constant shifting balance in the force. With a diversity of bizarre plants, fungi, and animals which were almost rubber-like and translucent. When the sun shone, the environment glittered like multicolored glass. Most of Felucia was entirely covered by a humid, fetid landscape of huge fungal forests. Felucia had strong ties to the Living Force, and as such the world's flora and fauna could be influenced by a presence of a strong Force-user, both light and dark. Most plants and animals of Felucia had adapted special defenses to protect them from each other, which made them particularly hostile to the off-worlders. Felucia was known to radiate a sort of life force that the native Jungle Felucians were capable of feeling.

In the past this planet was home to multiple battles, and has hat bored dark memories, and presences. That has begun to take a toll on the planet and its flora and fauna. It being in Imperial space doesn't help the fact that's its inhabitants are easily influenced by the presence of light or dark. Now it would seem many people have found a solace here. Some seeking isolation, so that they can regroup, so that they could make decisions they couldn't before. Possibly events that have rendered them scarred. Others seeking a place to hone their skills, hoping to face the harshness of this planet by themselves. There are many answers in this vast, translucent, jungle. One would have to go through the dark to find the light. To make sure they don't lose themselves in the forever shifting balance of the force, or to the inhabitants of the jungle. One would need to be mindful, while Felucia was beautiful on the outside, this jungle is one of the worst enemies to face alone.

Not much could be done to my life right now. Being trained by a Dark Jedi allowed me to see what the Dark side of the force was, but I yearned to be of the Jedi. Wanting to protect others with the powers that I had. Dressed in a simple shirt that was left open at the top, rather than closed with the string, and a jacket that would protect me from the fauna should the stories be true about them attacking beings, and with jeans that held a Sith Imp blaster, a vibrosword on my waist, and a lightsaber hilt that was on the inside of my jacket.

I came here to be alone from the war that was taking place, and the constant looking for a job to get money. As I walked, I watched as some of the creatures here moved around. Watching them they looked down at me from the weirdly shaped trees. Doing different cries of their kind. I walked on to find peace within myself.

Sochi from a cliff saw the arrival of the ship that would bring a visitor, one of the force. Her assumptions were proven when a Felucian scout came to provide her with information regarding an traveler. It relayed the information in its native language. The barking filled the surround area. Turning her head to face the large open space once more, she pondered something. The presence she felt wasn't one malevolent, but that doesn't mean their intentions were good. She couldn't risk exposing the tribe to a force user that would carry them to the darkside once more. All of her conscripting would go to waste, and with her presence removed the planet might slip back to its dark and twisted ways. She order the scouts to lead him to the give where she meditated at times. It was best to combat the threat earlier on. She took her leave of absence, and allowed the tribe to lead him to where she intended.

I began to walk on. Moving past what looked to be rotten trees that had long died hundreds of years ago. With the barks and roars of the forest. I could hear people coming closer. It was a group of them. About my height, and they carried bone swords. Somehow I had a feeling in my chest that these were no mere bones. They all stopped in front of me and stared at me for a moment. They barked at me a few times, then went off somewhere. I drew my lightsaber hilt, not ignited, and went after them. They looked to be going somewhere, and from the looks of it wanted to lead me to a place.

The only reason I didn't put my saber away, was because I couldn't fully trust them. Even as they may seem friendly. It could change in less than a second.

Surely, one could tell that the primal Jungle Felucians had now became more organized. Sochi had made her way to a large grove that she found a good place to meditate. The dark soil filled an large open area, which at the end of it was a large pond. When one looked into it all they would see was darkness. It seemed as though it was never ending. On the far side to the west was a cliff, that had beneath it the large translucent flowers native to the planet. It wasn't a large drop, but if thrown with enough force could severely injure someone or something.

This was the place that Sochi wanted her fellow tribesmen to lead this force user. This was the place where battle could be done. She lied in meditation with the pond right in front of her. It let off a cool breeze that cut through her body. She was adorned in a cream backless top with a deep V-front (that shows her both bare back and shoulders) and brown straps around her midriff that seem to accentuate her chest and bellybutton. She has a light brown loincloth and homemade bikini bottom. She also sports a bit of gray cloth wrapped around her feet (that shows both her bare toes and heels) and most of it around both leg calves (that shows her right knee) and left forearm (with a couple silver spikes on it). Brown straps she's tied around her lekku and montrals that are now long enough that they almost reach the ground behind her.

Following the natives to what looked like a sanctuary, I could slightly see over their heads a woman who was sitting in what looked to be meditation. I put my lightsaber away and could feel the humidity in the air start to take effect on me. I was sweating in my pits, on the small of my back and around the sternum of my chest. I walked towards the woman who, what looked to have a natural crown on her head, sat in complete silence. I took note of this and joined her. Sitting down I accepted the same position as she did, and calmed myself and waited for her words to be spoken to me.

I half expected her to begin fighting me because of my Dark Nature, Where some could consider me a Sith because of the powers and how aggressive I was, But my eyes were a testament of how I had not fallen completely. All other sith that had fallen had red, or even yellow eyes. Their skin was also pale in comparison to my tan complexion. Some would even change as much to almost look like skeletons, where I had a definite body structure. And even with all of this, some of my use of my Atoan body could be changed with my Shi'ido abilities.

But not much could reverse the Dark side.

Sochi didn't open her eyes, but she did feel the presence of the force user taking a seat beside her. She sensed much conflict within him, he was in search of something; but what exactly? He aura tilted more towards the dark than the light, but he wasn't hostile. Still not turning to formally address the boy, she began to speak, "You seek something? Its apparent that it isn't my death. Are you conflicted?" She said softly. After a moment she finally turned to the boy, her black eyes laid upon him. This boy, had a bit of taint within him, but it didn't seem his desire was to be of an evil nature.

The cool breeze cut across the grove once more, the deep, and dark hole that resembled a lake had small ripples in appearance. Surely, this breeze would ease the humid feeling that was constant; though she had grown use to it by now. The Felucians who had watched, and temporarily stood guard had slowly retreated back into the fungal forest. They wouldn't be too far, but out of sight was there objective.

The woman spoke to me. Knowing that I was conflicted, yet did not know why. I could hardly even answer her. I didn't even know why I was always overthinking things. I turned to her as she spoke. Yet she did not face me. Finally when she did, I shook my head. "Conflicted in ways that even I don't understand." I felt lost and somewhat alone. I ran my fingers through my hair. and continued to speak. "I want to make my parents proud. My father doesn't approve of me because of my powers. And my mother only wants me to succeed. I only wished to know how I could prove to them that I am their son, and that they don't need to look down on me." Maybe if I could explain my story, then the woman could help me with my problem.

Even if she had the natives as guards in the shadows.

She squinted her eyes as she listened to him. It would seem he has a habit of over thinking things, and stressing himself out. She turned back to look at the lake that was just some feet in front of them. It was sad to here that some of those coming into their abilities are rejected. She would offer her words of wisdom on the issue if she understood it right. "In reality, one won't be able to please everyone. And it seems you are not fully embracing yourself." She said in a soft spoken tone of voice. What she saw was that he needed guidance. "All you need is some clarity, and once you have obtained peace of mind then you'll be able to further analyze the situation better." She said following up.

In a way she was content with the fact that he found her earlier on. With his mind stuck in confliction, this planet would slowly deteriorate him. The shifting balance in the force wasn't good for someone who wasn't sure of their abilities; of their alignment.
