This character has always been somewhat difficult to write because all anybody ever wants to do with her is interviews. I would like to move past that and actually develop Hollys story, not just use her as a tool for other people’s stories.
Her Background:
Before Holly changed her last name to the infamous “Starstorm” she was just a normal girl from a normal family who had a horrible thing happen. Hollys younger sister was kidnapped, which devastated their family and tore them apart. Holly responded by becoming a galaxy famous investigative journalist, ignoring her family, and reinventing herself.
Holly is a middle child and I was thinking I could find someone to write her older sibling. This could be a brother or sister but they would not like the way Holly handled the whole situation. This sibling would have stayed behind, helped their divorced parents cope, maybe even became a cop or military person to help search for the missing younger sister. Whereas Holly wanted to move past the trauma and though secretly she became a journalist to track down leads, she never admits that to her family. The family thinks Holly wants to pretend it never happened while Holly thinks the family wants to wallow in the past.
I foresee a lot of family drama and I think it would be fun if I could find someone to write the other older sibling so they could clash. Since Holly changed her name you may not even need to make a new character (though you can). I never specified what her birth surname was.
Regrettably I will have to pass if i think the characters won’t gel. But please do volunteer so I can see if there is interest!
