Dal'Bor was by no means one of Neela's favorite places to visit. It was busy, bustling, and to her? It felt plain dirty. Not that her current seat within one of the most popular nightclubs in the area helped that any. The scantily clad forms of the women working knew exactly how to earn their tips, and while Neela naturally kept an eye out from her peripheral, she had no desire to watch any of them work. Under normal circumstances, she wouldn't even be here, but right now she had become somewhat desperate.

A target had come up, a job that would pay good enough to keep her set up for quite a while. But the information was hardly existent, and while that was something Neela had dealt with before, this was different. All she had on this target was a name, and that name? It lead to nothing. There were no files, nothing, anywhere, in any system that she could find. Whoever this target was, they wanted to already appear dead - and for good reason, clearly. But apparently they had slipped up somewhere, otherwise the redheaded assassin wouldn't be sitting here now.

She had asked contacts of her own, and eventually one of those gave way to someone who had apparently worked for her target at one point. While admittedly uncomfortable about reaching out to someone she had never dealt with before, Neela had done it. She had sent word to this Startorn, set up a very public place to meet and a time to do so, and now she waited. It wasn't ideal for her, not by any means, but at this point? She was going to do what she had to in order to get this job done.

The payout was well worth the risk.

Startorn walked over into the nightclub keeping an eye out for any familiar thugs, it had been a normal day when he got a message from some supposed assassin that wanted at Ghost God, it wasn't there real name but that was what all the operatives called him, because no one actually knew where he was or even who, Startorn used to do jobs for Ghost King but had never actually met him, always cryptic messages and third party's, well there was once.

He had just finished his biggest job for Ghost King and was gonna get paid in person, and he met him, sorta, Ghost King had a helmet and was behind a veil so he never got a good look, then hell broke loose, the meeting was just to kill Startorn, no witnesses right? Well Ghost King underestimated the Mandalorian and Startorn got away, Ghost King set assassin's, Bounty hunters and mercs to kill Startorn but was never able to, eventually he gave up and Startorn assumed forgot, bit Startorn didn't, he kept tabs on Ghost King and was currently the only one
alive who knew where he was.

Startorn made his way to the table where Neela was and sat down, he was on hyper alert suspecting that this could be another assassination attempt, he looked her up and down without moving his head, a bonus to a helmet, no one knew where you were looking, she was beautiful, he'd give her that but looked like she could also handle herself at the same time, and uncomfortable, very uncomfortable. "So? Better start talking and tell me what i need to know before i lose interest"

It wasn't hard to miss the arrival of a Mandalorian, even if you weren't trained to watch your surroundings the way Neela was. She had caught the glint of his helmet nearly the moment he had walked in, and she tracked his movement as he approached her table. Yep, this was her guy. Why hadn't she expected this to be a Mando? Honestly, Neela wasn't sure. She should have, considering the contact and the information, but apparently her mind just hadn't pieced the set of facts together. Never the less, that eased her just a tad. If this guy knew her target and was still alive? It meant he was good at what he did.

Still, his greeting caused the redhead to scoff and shift in her seat. "Straight to business is all well and good, but tact is appreciated." she let out, then set back against the booth and folded her arms against herself. "Word has it you have information I need, as I briefly stated in my message to you already." A moment was taken for her to move one of her arms so that she could bring a handbag up onto the table - she wasn't stupid enough to reach for something hidden from a Mandalorian's gaze - and she reached into it only long enough to retrieve a thin datapad. The pad was then set on the table between them, and a button was pressed to turn the device on.

And only a name came up in the holographic display.

"As you can see, there's nothing. Cloran Barstin, and nothing more." she sighed and deactivated the device before putting it away. "I've had my fair share of rough jobs before, but chasing ghosts is both frustrating and detrimental to my time frame." Her gaze then shifted back across the table to him. "Thus my reaching out to you. If you can be of assistance to me, I am more than willing to compensate you for your time and effort."

Startorn smiled under his helmet "your wrong, chasing Ghosts is not frustrating, it's impossible, that is unless you know where there haunted house is" then with both hands on the table he pulled out a small holo disk from his right gauntlet, he tossed it down onto the table "you've been looking for the wrong name, only the public bosses go by there real name, is that the right name? Yes, but not the one he uses" Startorn tapped a button on his gauntlet and the disk came to life showing a hologram of someone standing behind a veil with a mask on so there features were impossible to see with the name Ghost King showed across the bottom of the hologram "the Ghost King, many operatives, none have seen him, well except me and the dead ones" he shook his head "currently he resides on space casino in the geonosian asteroid belt, they have two ways to get in, the fancy ball or the gladiator fights, we'll be going to the ball, i would prefer to fight but this requires being quiet and subtle, and being apart of a fight to the death isn't exactly subtle" Startorn finished staring at her to see what she would say.

There was a pause from Neela, and she sat up a bit straighter when the disc was tossed up onto the table between herself and the Mando across from her. She laid a hand against the table, though rather than reach out to touch the object, her fingers drummed idly against the table top as she seemed to take in and calculate this new wave of information. She studied the name, the features that could be seen and what was hidden, and then she looked over the hologram to the man seated.

"A ball, hm?" again her fingers drummed against the table top. "Well, I suppose most girls do love having a reason to dress up now and again." She sighed after a moment, recrossed her arms, and sank back against the support of the booth backing behind her. "A fancy, high to do ball can be just as deadly as an arena full of fighters if you don't know how to play the game those uptight bastards enjoy so very thoroughly."

A smirk lined her lips slowly. "Luckily for us, I very thoroughly enjoy said game...." Mind games, intrigue, political chess? Oh yes, sign Neela up.

"keep in mind they check everything, and i mean everything" he said seriously then with a smile said "i would've done this a long time ago but never had a girl who'd go with me" he then stood up "how many seats you got in your ship? Or are we hiring" he also thought about where to get a suit, guess he'd need to go shopping before they left.
