extridation request

hi my character freanne would like to come to your capital, and then formally request the extridition of [member="Cloudburner"] and the rest of 405th unit who went to tattoine. Yes I know she will get an hostile reception, but she will becoming unarmed and she not force user. Who would I approach to hand in the request?

The plans were stolen, Cloudburner is now a Jedi and the 405th have been abandoned and left. The killed "victims" were criminals who attacked us. Unless you are an absolutist, you have no morals to stand on. Let me rephrase it. We attacked and killed them in self defence. The mission was nothing more than a failure. If you arrest me, then I shall exile myself, I will not attack you, as not the Jedi way. Anyway, it was roughly development for a new space station I had in mind.

I think you'd have to either make it public or make a poll before you make the thread, that way, people can decide whether they disagree or agree and therefore make it a better thread. Right now as a Padawan like me, you have almost zero to no power in making me exiled. Others do.

Sounds like a freelance/rouge military action. Not something sanctioned by GR military, especially since its on TU turf.

What am I missing?

Well, then either go with that and ignore the faction.
Or use common sense, the GR military is in no position to send armed forces into hostile territory at the moment. Territory controlled by a super power (the TU) to that.
I would say he acted on his own. But folks choose their own versions all the time so go with what feels right.

[member="Mantic Dorn"] I don`t know where to start hence this thread, other than I turned up unarmed, and get immediately taken into security. As you and the TU don`t have a very good relationship with you.

I guess depending on time hopping (there has beenalot of that lately) the relation between TU and GR differs.

On Chazswa TU joined the OS in anattack to quellthe traitor pm.
On other worlds the TU has worked with the GR to reach agreements.

I cant say for sure which character would hold the power to extradite a character but its something you can count on if @cloudbreaker used his military rank in the GR to commit war crimes.
In fact, the republic would most likely put out a warrant for him and color him "enemy of the state" or something.

My thoughts are that it was a dev thread and wasn't intended to be anything of importance to any faction other than to the person that needed it for their technology. I haven't seen anyone get after someone for that before, but I haven't seen everything yet. I just hope that putting GR members on trial isn't the new flavour of the month. If trials are the new thing, then everyone can go after everyone and lawyers would be having a field day!

Is [member="Cloudburner"] living within the Republic? If not, we have no authority. If he is, he can just move his living quarters somewhere else, and problem solved.

I just want hand the writ over, and see what happens their.
As he did choose to shoot up a cantina, on my character watch.
Though I am open to ic ideas of how you would handle it, if you where us.

Kay is very approachable. So I suggest starting up a thread where our characters can meet up and work out a solution together
