DESCRIPTION
The helmet was Darakses first battle-ready creation and an object he tinkers with daily. Having watched and studied the use of helmets by other humanoid species he found that many of their functions could be extremely useful to himself and the tribe. After becoming the Hunter Eldest he used his influence and organize a group of Machinists along with himself to work together in order to create the first modern fully battle orientated helmet. Taking parts and inspiration from a wrecked Viper Probe droid that was found in the Gorgon fields they modeled the helmet in its image and used some of its basic wirings to create 360° vision as well as a basic translator. They also used the droids original connection to the Holonet to set themselves up over the same seemingly ancient server. They were further inspired by a fighter pilot helmet that had belonged to a Duros they captured during a hunt. This particular helmet had a heads up display that allowed for targeting of potential threats and a prediction algorithm for the identified objects movement patterns. Lastly, they outfitted their creation with one of their salvaged rebreathers and further enhanced its durability by using transparsteel gathered from a mining vessel returning from Magnar.

SPECIAL FEATURES
- 360° Vision - Giving Darakses a fishbowl like view in which his four eyes can keep tabs on his entire surrounding.
- Translator - This translates Ch'tar allowing the wearer to speak in galactic basic. Although in a very scrambled and broken way.
- Heads up display - Cloned and reverse engendered from the software of a fighter pilot helmet, the new algorithm can display predicted movement patterns. It can also see in different spectrums and assist in aiming efforts when in combat against a locked on opponent.
- Access to HoloNet - Using the connection of an old probe droid Darakses uses a long-forgotten server to connect to the Holonet
- Rebreather - Sustaining him with air so that he can breathe normally in type 1 environments just as well as in the void of space.
- Comm - A low budget far range communicator
Strengths:
- Void Resistant - Does not lose functionality even in the open void of space
- Blaster Resistant - Made of a combination of Transparisteel and the scraps of a probe droid the helmet can take multiple blaster shots before frying its wearer.
- Clunky: Does not support quick or exstesnive head movement
- Technical deficiencies: The translator likes to go rouge as well as the heads up display occasionally targeting Radom objects as threats to the wearer
