- Size: The size of the EZ-8R allows it to serve as a direct fire support unit for infantry divisions. It helps to supplement the combat ability of those forces around it.
- Sealed: The EZ-8R is fully sealed and capable of fighting in inhospitable terrain, allowing it to lead the way of any Imperial assault across the galaxy.
- Deploy-able: The EZ-8R is equipped with orbital deployment capabilities, allowing it to be fired at a planet in advance of any other ground forces to establish a beach head.
- Light: Despite its function as a front line unit, the EZ-8R lacks heavy armor, instead relying on its minor shielding and speed to avoid any damage. If pinned down it can be quickly overwhelmed.
- Crew: The EZ-8R requires a crew of three soldiers to operate at its maximum efficiency. When not an option, the single pilot must operate the weaponry, movement, scanners and shielding.
- Slow Turn: The primary weapon on the EZ-8R is placed on a rotating mount, however while it can rotate in a complete three hundred and sixty degree angle, it can only do so very slowly, and cannot fire at the same time.
The EZ-8R was created by Sentus Olan to serve as a front line combat unit to help supplement the still small Eternal Empire of Zakuul military. Equipped with a single particle shield unit and able to fight in numerous different environments, the EZ-8R is designed to fight across any environment that the Empire requires of it.
