Fabian grew up in Mondder, on Etti IV. His mother came from a wealthy mercantile family. His father did not and nearly bled them dry with his excesses. Not enough to deny Fabian an education. After completing his schooling, the young man pursued business, primarily in carbonite hauling. When the Silver's rule began to dwindle, piracy sprang up in force and plagued his shipments, all but ruining him. Disgusted with the state of affairs, Fabian left to join a grand enterprise that could restore law and order to the galaxy. He completed the Imperial Academy in a few years and commissioned as a lieutenant.
