So guys, we've had a good solid long run, we've got a great team, things are going well, but it's about time we make sure we're still moving in a direction that's best for the faction.
We're doing an election for faction admins. I never want this faction to turn into one clique running everything. Fringe belongs to Fringe.
These do not affect IC positions, though I think we're getting close to a point where IC campaigns and such might be a good thing for a new term in the High Council. But this isn't about IC leadership at all. We're also moving in a direction where you'll be voting on a new faction owner, because it's someone else's time to shine, but one thing at a time.
Existing Faction Admins: Ashin Varanin, @[member="Dharma Vessia"], @[member="Faenrovon The Radiant"], @[member="Jared Ovmar"], @[member="Lucien Cordel"], @[member="Mirien Valdier"], @[member="Sargon Vynea"]
All of these people have served well (if I do say so myself), but some of them are currently in a phase where they're too busy IRL to help run the faction. Meanwhile, other faction members have contributed greatly both OOC and IC, like @[member="Anders Sivas"], @[member="Evelynn"], @[member="Triko"], @[member="Alen Na'Varro"], @[member="Kitt Solo"], @[member="Moira Skaldi"], @[member="Lucianus Adair"], @[member="Antera"], and many more. All of these people would make good solid choices for faction admin.
The standard number for faction admins is three. Fringe has generally had five, and made decisions by consensus.
