Faction Based Restricted Items

So, Beskar is acceptable for use by Mandalorians as long is it's not to extensive, without need of a Dev thread. What of other factions that are known for using Restricted Metals?

Ie, Jensaarai using Cortosis?

I ask because Northstar is a part of the Jensaarai, and in their threads there's mention of getting Cortosis armor without need of a dev thread (in place you require a bunch of other stuff lol)

To my knowledge, no other faction or group has a pass on any restricted materials like the Mandalorians have with beskar. So if there are folks saying they can get materials from the restricted list without threads for them, then that's something the RPJs need to know about.
