Faction Moderation Priviledges - Can't select both Admin and Moderator Ranks

I'm having some trouble establishing moderation privileges for both Admins and Moderators within subforums. Here is the first image, where I select the rank "Admin" to allow them access to moderate.

In the next image, I attempt to "shift-select" the moderator rank on the bottom. Instead, it highlights all ranks like so:

I even attempted to delete member and guest, so that Admin and Moderator would be next to each other, then re-adding the ranks afterwards. Unfortunately, adding the ranks afterwards just reverts back to this order, leaving me unable to give both Admin's and Moderators moderation privileges for specific subforums of a faction.

Is there anyway to resolve this matter? Am I missing something? Should I just ditch the moderator rank all together?

Nevermind, I'm an idiot, it's "control-click" not "shift-click" >.<

Don't shift select. Ctrl + Select with your mouse. When you use shift it actually selects from the first one you selected and includes all in between to the second one you selected.
