In the light of the fact that we just thoroughly wrecked Kaeshana (go read the post, it's awesome and shows what happens to the planet post-asteroid collision) and turned it into something out of Fallout, I believe this faction needs a name change since we're not based on Kaeshana anymore.

Hmm. Nah. Exiled, while accurate, sounds kind of demoralising. Exarchate implies it's someone else's province. Besides, the Exarch title has been discredited a bit ever since OP decided to have 48 for no real reason. Was this a serious suggestion?
