Faction Owner Election

So our nomination thread has only run for a day, but basically the whole faction has weighed in, there or elsewhere. We're not a large faction, so that process didn't take very long. Another factor: it doesn't appear that anyone is running against Bryce at this point. But the board rules specify that we need a formal election, so this is what we're doing.

We'll be leaving this poll open for four days, which is plenty of time for a faction our size.
