Faction Owner Switch-a-roo

I've decided to put Thrand as the faction owner, since he'll be taking over leadership of Midvinter in the future anyway. Just know that this doesn't change anything; Beorlund is still High King for now, I'll just make him an NPC rather than a separate account. The wonders of the Factory...
