Sooo, I dont know if this has ever been suggested, and if it has and was denied, alright. This is just something that bothered me...when making a faction, one of the options..if you can call it that, is 'Who can see this' or however it is said.

I thought maybe we could make it so when a faction is made, it could be made fully private other than the staff teams very batman like eyes. (tis a joke). The concept that a faction is 'under the radar' seems cool, and suddenly this faction pops out from no where, with members ready to take on the galaxy just seems...interesting and something I would like to do with my next faction attempt.

Pretty sure you can have forums that only members can see...[member="Romeo Sin"] and have it so the staff team of the faction has to approve people who have clicked join faction.

Not that, there's that option in the process of making the faction that *could* make it so when it's finished no one can see it unless I guess they are apart of it. Like Faction Directory and stuff.

Private sub forums aka factions are possible. The Confederacy I made on solan back in Sept had that option before I made it public.

Sniped me! But yea, there's that option that only has one option...Public..could we make it Private as well?

Faction forums can be set with full levels of visibility so that only faction admins can see them.

As for a hidden faction, no, that's not possible. The faction will appear in the list.

But simply give it a bogus name, set it to invite only and change the name when you're ready to reveal your great secret.
