[Faction Staff Feedback] One Month

It's been just a bit over a month since you guys voted me in as Faction Owner. One of my goals, right from the beginning, was to help expand the faction, and what it offers you guys. I feel like we accomplished a fair amount, but what I think doesn't matter. It's what you guys think.

So, my question is: Are you satisfied with what my team and I have done so far? Do you feel that there is any area which we are lacking, and should improve upon? I don't know if a month is too soon to ask for feedback on something like this, but I'm serious about doing more than the bare-minimum for you guys. As such, I just wanna hear from you guys on what your opinion is about how it's going.

[member="Isamu Baelor"] - Your team is doing great. All the new creative castes and systems that have risen up to promote more activity is awesome.

My concern has been with the actual members of OS. The Community. One Sith is big but lately lacking Thread and activity wise and it has Zero connection to the Faction admin team something that mostly likely predates the new Faction admin ( Im guessing) Its an very old concern/problem I but still one altogether and it does not feel fair that you guys put in effort and see little results in my opinion.
