Add in template for production in helpful links for ships and link back in template the production and manufacture.

Clarify the maximum length of ships a company can produce is regardless of the production value, and vice-versa for production value.

I think there are some starship templates with irregular numbers of gun counts.

As an additional step and oversight, I will review the modification template for company modifications and tier ups to include a line for adding additional operations and locations and to please list the thread that details where this expansion has taken place.

With the removal of dominion tiers, what are the implications in terms of the following Pyronium objective? (Participate in a tier-3 dominion that does not become a rebellion)

Double check RM's and see if any missions should be redone or maybe if any RM's should be removed.
