    • In accordance with its name, The dedicated energy receptor projector both receives and projects incoming sensor pings and transmissions. With the former functioning to absorb and nullify the sensor pings, while the latter projects them on the opposite side in the same direction they were originally projected and in an unaltered state. Ultimately, the system makes the host effectively invisible to sensors, scanners, targeting systems, and missiles.

STRENGTHS

• Stealth Fusion: Combined, the systems together have the effect of rendering the craft (and any crew) invisible to tradition and exotic anti-stealth sensors such as life-form scanners and Force-detecting chips, as the various sensor condition-modulating technologies also work to “blend” detectable life signatures from the crew (i.e. electromagnetic activity from brainwaves and heartbeats, heat signatures, other identifiable life markers, etc.) with the surrounding environment as well.
• Full Spectrum Stealth: A suite of multiple stealth technologies, the FAE/S-02 has the potential to keep its host invisible to sensors, targeting computers, the Force, and scanners at virtually all ranges.

WEAKNESSES

• Eyes: Although technically capable of cloaking via its sensor mask, the FAE/S-02 is not strictly optimized for this capability. Thus, the host can feasibly be detected by the eye, even while it remains invisible to sensors, the Force, targeting computers, and scanners.
• Surge: The defense of the FAE/S-02 against Ion and EMP-based assaults is ultimately based on the overall defenses of the host. If it has meager or low-quality defenses, these assaults may easily overload the system, disabling it for some time, the duration of which may depend on the proximity and power quotient of the discharge.

DESCRIPTION
With the FAE/S-02 Semi-Active Stealth System becoming outdated given advances in anti-stealth and sensor technology, First United Astral Engineering set its designers to the task of drawing up the Mk. II version of the system. Rechristened as the FAE/S-02 Energized Stealth System, the Mk. II takes a more comprehensive approach to stealth, with its systems designed explicitly to remain undetected even to anti-stealth sensors.

By the same token, the FAE/S-02 is also more sustainable. Waste gas and heat from the engines can be recycled, allowing for indefinite use of the system so long as power is available.

All in all, the FAE/S-02 Energized Stealth System is hoped to further advance First United Astral Engineering’s stealth catalogue, giving First United Astral Engineering-designed craft of more exclusive production a decisive advantage over their competitors.
