DESCRIPTION
A specially designed variant of the Influunt-class Aquatic Utility Corvette, the Fairweather-type starcutter serves as a patrol and SAR vessel offered mainly to Mandalorian forces. Chosen to be refitted because of the existing crane system, these starcutters can use them to help stabilize and secure damage vessels, with static discharge vanes preventing damage from any electrical discharges of a damaged ship. Despite limited armaments, the Fairweathers aren't without their teeth. they feature a pair of light turbolaser turrets, and a pair of twin ion cannon turrets for disabling ships either to shutdown damaged systems or to stop vessels that are flagged on patrols.

The key to the Fairweather-type though it the Search System Suit. This system allows the starcutter to pick up on any distress signals in a variety of inhospitable situations. Advanced comms allow the ship to easily coordinate rescue efforts or fleet information, allowing the starcutters to act as fleet hubs if needed.

Nicely made! However this is not in the pre fields, I would like to ask you to add this to the template:
  • Hangar Space: (Please provide the amount of fighters/support craft this submission can hold in it's hangar by count of Squadrons, which hold 12 average Starfighters. The higher your squadron count, the lower your Armament and number of advanced systems should be. )
50m [Base: 0 | Very Low: 0 | Low: 0 | Average: 0 | High: 0 | Very High: 0 | Extreme: 0 ]
100m [Base: 0 | Very Low: 0 | Low: 0 | Average: 0 | High: 0 | Very High: 1 | Extreme: 2 ]
200m [Base: 0 | Very Low: 0 | Low: 0 | Average: 1 | High: 2 | Very High: 3 | Extreme: 4 ]
  • Hangar Allocations: (This is the allocated amounts of starfighters and support craft (dropships, shuttles, gunships, etc) this submission can hold in its hangar based on the maximum hangar space capacity listed above)
    • Starfighters: x squadrons
    • Support Craft: x squadrons
  • Single Craft Hangar: (Does this ship have a hanger for a single fighter craft to be docked? Please choose either Yes or No. This field does not need to be taken into account when balancing but should be included in the strengths and weaknesses.)
  • Hyperdrive: (Does this ship have a hyperdrive? If this ship has a hyperdrive how fast is it? The lower the number, the faster the ship is, you may choose decimals. Any speed below 1.0 requires the hyperdrive to be added to the ship’s strengths and accordingly balanced with weaknesses. Links: Hyperdrive, Hyperdrive Comparisons)
