He has mottled light-green and tan skin, scored with numerous scars and eyes of an orangish-red color. He sits roughly around 3.6 meters tall, and weighs in at a whopping 992lbs.

Fallo was born into an unknown Hutt Clan whose downfall came after a series of assassination's and untimely deaths, leaving Fallo the last known member of his particular bloodline. Over the years he used the little bit of wealth left behind from his family to slowly build up his Criminal Empire on the smugglers moon of Nar Shaddaa, creating an organized network to quell conflicts, manage disputes, and establish guidelines between his different operations and enterprises. Over time, as his wealth and notoriety grew, he brought in criminal figures from across the Galaxy to create a 'commission' to help take his organization to new and promising levels, granting him independence from the other Hutt Clans, a fact he often has praised himself over, gloating unabashedly over his profitable success without them.
