- Lots of Empire Coffee, and a coffee maker.
- Hard to keep out - thanks to HIMS, speed, and stealth systems, this ship can infiltrate most well-defended strongholds.
- Combat platform - thanks to the heavy weapons and defences arrayed in its design, this ship can take as well as it dishes out when stealth fails.
- “I need guns” - the small weapons locker on this ship allows the owner to store an array of combat gear of their choosing, and is already loaded with some basic imperial gear.
- “Common, we gotta go!” - because of the heavy weight of this ship, it takes a long time for this ship to build up enough repulsor thrust to take off after landing.
- High turn radius - despite the powerful engines of this ship, the extreme weight of the Phkalt paint and the capital ship-grade Mangy Cat Defence Turrets make it hard to redirect it’s inertia when it gets going.
- Cramped - while this ship has some cabin space for three people to accommodate themselves for long term operations, this ship is simply too cramped to house a decent landing force for troops. This is notable, because a typical small stealth transport would otherwise be ideal for such a mission, but this ship is not.
- Over Penetration - the Mangy Cat Defence Turrets use armor piercing slug ammunition, so the rounds could accidentally damage unintentional targets if the operator is not conscientious of where the target is in relation to potential collateral damage.
Different people need different ships. Merchants need freighters. Pirates need gunships. Officers need cruisers.
Heroes need a good light transport.
The “Fat Cat” Stealth Transport is the perfect companion for independent mission specialists that are affiliated with the Elysium Empire Military. These ships are considered a prestigious gift that can be bestowed upon worthy servants of the empire by either the royal family, or the Grand Admiral of the Navy.
It is fully loaded with a well-stocked weapons locker, stealth systems, a massive array of mounted weapons, powerful engines, and tough defences. While the cabin space is cramped to accommodate the densely packed subsystems in this ship, there is enough room to accommodate three claustrophobically packed individuals with 3 bunk-beds, a small refresher, and a tiny kitchenette for food.
