Fault In Our Stars

Yavvitiri Spaceport
Yaga Minor

For quite some time, Admiral Zahori Denko has been formulating plans to create the ultimate weapon for the Sith Empire's quest of galactic domination. It's all she could think about for a while. Zahori searched far and wide for all the proper components for her starship, but she still needed more.

She needed guidance. And she had the right connections to reach the person for the job.

Zahori met with her smuggling accomplice, Mimi Vaal, on Yaga Minor a few days prior to meeting with her contact. Mimi was the one who set up the meeting in exchange for extra business in Sith space. The trade was a bit heavier sided for Zahori as the outcome of the meeting would lead to something huge in the near future.

Zahori awaited the arrival of her contact within a private room made for diplomats at the Yavvitiri Spaceport. Several Shadow Fist troopers would await the arrival of Zahori's contact within the spaceport. They would lead the contact to where Zahori was after ensuring the one coming is who they say they are, of course.

"Can't say it's been so long since I was pulled into a private meeting," Fiolette remarked under her breath before being swept away by guards in as far as she was concerned. Yaga Minor was out of the way but when she caught the transmission from a contact. Rather one who got in contact with one of Valessia Brentioch's contacts who then got in touch with Fiolette, either way - someone wanted her. And they got her, whether she'd be able to deliver what they wanted was another matter entirely. "Petrovsky, hold my calls, something tells me that this is going to be awhile."

Admittedly she had been on her way to the Yavin system in the hopes of scouting out a more permanent location for Port Tiberius, leaving a mining station in its wake pending the gravitational studies of course. Until then she was left crossing Yavvitri Spaceport wondering just who exactly went so far as to use underground contacts to get ahold of her. She'd have to wait to ask that question as she was escorted by the rather shadow-y lot of guards. Rather they reminded her of her own troopers aboard the old Tarkin before she acquired the Rae Sloane, and that seemed a lifetime ago.

Eventually, she was led to a private room, and when the door opened she was left more puzzled than before.

The door opened, revealing a room of darkness for a second and then everything was illuminated by the overhead lights. There was a marble table in the center, several meters long to sit a council or board meeting. The room was empty save for those that just walked in. At the far end of the room, another door opened. From the other side, Vice Admiral Zahori Denko stepped in, flanked by two of her Shadow Fist commandos. She walked up to the side of the chair at her end of the table and looked upon Fiolette Yvarro, gauging her first impression of the woman.

"Welcome to Yaga Minor, Ms. Yvarro. I thank you for accepting my invite. Please, have a seat." she said, motioning towards the chair at Fiolette's end of the table. Zahori did not wait for Fiolette to sit before she took her own seat. Once Fiolette did sit down, however, Zahori would speak up again. "I hope your journey here was swift and without any complications." Zahori commented. She wanted Fiolette as comfortable as possible. This was going to be a long discussion, Zahori believed. She had a lot to talk about. "I went through quite the obstacle course to acquire your time, Ms. Yvarro and I shan't waste any of it. I must ask you for your assistance on a project of mine."

More guards, more show. Thus far she wasn't impressed but then again she was out here in Sith territory, impressions were the least of her worries right now. The older blonde stood and listened to [member="Zahori Denko"] and had to think what she would've been like at this age. Fiolette moved as directed and took her seat the other end of the table. "It was," her answer was short and with reason, she was never one to hide around excuses. The former grand admiral had always been direct and so she sat there and listened. Obstacle? A raised brow was thus far the only expression that she showed but then Denko said she needed assistance and that led the Galidraani to wonder.

"I see," there was a pause, "so I wonder now what it is that you require of me."

"After all you went to such great lengths to acquire me personally."

A servant of Zahori's would approach Fiolette's right hand side. "Could I offer you tea or water, perhaps?" Zahori asked. The servant held a plate with a tea pot, a small tea cup, and a glass of water. Whether or not Fiolette would take the offering, the servant would bow before her and walk away. "On to business, then." she began. Zahori pressed a button next to her hand and a holographic display of a super star dreadnought would appear in the center of the table. The hologram rotated slowly and flickered every so often.

"I have knowledge of your exceptional skills regarding space warfare. I've firsthand knowledge of it from the Incursion crisis that plagued the galaxy. I also know that you were massively responsible for the multitude of advanced technology used by the First Order's Armada. If I am wrong, do tell me, please." Zahori slowly stood up from her chair and walked to the side of the table, the hologram to her left. She peered down at the hologram and smirked slightly. "I call it Azgalor. It will be my weapon in the Sith Empire's war for order and stability in the galaxy. I only ask for your expertise and advice in creating it. Whatever your price, it shall be paid in full. On top of that, I will owe you a favor. "

Fiolette made a small gesture to decline a drink, at least for now.

The woman sat and watched as the young admiral brought up a holographic display. The older woman watched unphased by the image as it flickered and rotated her eyes made a quick look about the room before settling on [member="Zahori Denko"] once more. She did not correct the woman, modesty was not what this woman was after. Fiolette wanted to say though that Cyrus Tregessar, Carlyle Rausgeber and other men and women had been just as responsible... Azgalor. The name rested in her mind as she took a look at the vice admiral's weapon of choice. It made her think back to her own dream, her own weapon, the Rae Sloane and for a moment she missed being back in the shipyards and then she recalled the bloodlust that surrounded her and missed it no longer.

It seemed Fiolette's expertise was being sought after, a favor - payment.

Her lips split into a grin, "and you shall have it."

A favor, for a favor, no?

Zahori grinned after hearing Fiolette's response before returning to her seat. "So, let us begin." she stated. Zahori pressed a button on the table, causing the hologram of the Azgalor to disappear. "Where should we start?" she asked. "Perhaps the basic specifications such as the dimensions, the materials required, and anything else you might deem necessary to get the ideas flowing. Chime in whenever you wish." Zahori hid her eagerness well. She was excited to start working on her project and even more excited now that she had the expertise of Fiolette.

"Azgalor shall be enormous. 10 kilometers in length. The hologram presented earlier is based on the Legator-class Star Dreadnought. It's design is how I wish for Azgalor to look. Have you heard of the material known as impervium? It is a near impenetrable alloy used in starship plating. It is difficult to acquire, but I do believe you might be able to help me with doing just that."

Fiolette hid her own emotions beneath the exterior of her facade. It hadn't been so long ago that she and others within the First Order's Naval Engineering had plans for ships based on the very same design. "Yes, I have." She said no more than that impervium had always been something she wanted to use but given the need of the First Empire never quite found the time to do it. The older blonde sat and listened to the younger as she went over the basics of the ship, the Azgalor. "What's her mission profile? Is she meant to be a brawler, command carrier, long-range assault, planetary siege?" Impervium notwithstanding, Fiolette was just curious at this point.

"Now, of course, I'm open to hearing how we're to go about acquiring such a large amount of Impervium."

[member="Zahori Denko"]

Zahori though about her response before giving one to Fiolette. "Azgalor will have long-range assault capabilities while also being able to fill the role of planetary assault. It will also have all the necessary additions to make it a proper command ship." She nodded firmly, satisfied with her reply. "Azgalor will be a deadly machine to enemies in space and planetside. All will feel it's wrath."

Zahori smirked after Fiolette's next question as she had the exact answer for just that. "I once served under the flag of the Confederacy for some time before joining the Sith Empire. While I was there, I've made many, many contacts. One of them being an excellent smuggler by the name of Muriel Vaal. Through her, I've gathered information regarding a shipment of Impervium being carried to the other side of the galaxy as we speak. Just enough for Azgalor, in fact. I would retrieve it myself, but I can't use the Sith Empire's ships for such a mission. That is why I called you in. You have no ties with any major factions any more, correct? With that, you can act as my liaison in the acquisition of this shipment. What do you say?"

Huh. This puts getting used into a whole ... "I see." Bait.

Was there some tabloid publication that she missed? Somehow everyone who was - well. Ego. Couldn't help but smirk, of course, people noticed when she departed the First Order. Still. It was a little unsettling. "Well then, yes, I can very well act as a liaison assuming my Imperial charm doesn't win them over right on the first three attempts." What was she getting out of this? Oh yes, a favor, yes a favor indeed she was going to make that mental note one more time. "I may have a ship for this task, I'll be testing out for a customer so..." Let's hope they got the ball bearings and the traction right on the belt for it. "What are the coordinates for this shipment."

[member="Zahori Denko"]

Zahori grinned at Fiolette's willingness to do the heavy lifting. Perhaps this was a partnership meant to be after all. "I've already forwarded the coordinates to your ship. Last I was informed, the freighter was near Sanctuary." A slight tingle eased it's way throughout Zahori's body. She could almost feel her plans coming together. Her patience could only take so much.

"If you'd like, I could accompany you on the mission. Been so long since I've been out in the field myself, I'm dying to dip my toe in my own dirty work once more."

"Well I certainly wasn't going to do it alone, this after all your project," Fiolette gathered herself as she ran a hand through her hair. "Your ship or mine, or should we play follow the leader?" She inquired just as she gestured toward the door. She was eager to get the project underway and get a little bit more experience under her belt, after all, you're never too old to learn new tricks. And it had been awhile since she had done some actual field work, although awhile was relative.

[member="Zahori Denko"]

"Excellent." Zahori smiled greatly, clasping her hands together, interlocking her fingers. "I think it's best we take your ship. Must have full deniability when asked about how I acquired the material by my betters." Zahori maneuvered towards the door, waiting for Fiolette to come along before proceeding. "I assume your ship is capable of handling such cargo? If not, I could have my contact to our position in a moment's notice. Her ship is built to carry some weight."

Zahori continued through the hall and entered the port where Fiolette's ship would be. "Lead the way, captain. I shall be an honored guest aboard your vessel."

Fiolette turned and gave Zahori something of a raised brow, "of course."

The Fleetwood wasn't too far from where they were at that point, "my personal ship, not necessarily and yes that would be rather well then." As proud as she was of her ship, she knew it was only capable of transporting your everyday goods, anything heavier would require assistance but at least now she realized she'd have to invest in a line of freighters for days such as these. The hall they had walked through was well enough that when the former grand admiral turned she caught sight of the Sith Empire's Vice Admiral and gave her a reassuring smile, "indeed you shall."

Once they arrived at the starport she led them through the airlock and aboard the ship, "welcome Vice Admiral to the Fleetwood."
