Jak Sandrow
"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
After thorough thought and time, I am considering the long, arduous climb to making a PMC. That is, a Private Military Corporation.
A PMC is a non-government-affiliated organization that specializes in combat and high-threat-level protection. Tied to no one, they can be hired, for a large sum of cash, to do a job for a company... but if out-bid, can possibly turn back on their employers. PMCs can recruit whomever they want to, regardless of previous experience - it's up to the CEO.
Based on projects I am currently working on in my own time, I have come to the hesitant conclusion that being the CEO of a PMC may be in Jak's future. However, I am not entirely sure how he would get there.
I was thinking of one possibility, being:
... and most importantly: Would this be considered a faction, a company, or both?

I was thinking of one possibility, being:
- Going on a hacking spree to collect a lot of cash
- Buying surveying equipment and mining tools
- ... and a planet.
- Harvesting natural resources of the planet, and using the immense amount of funds to buy weapons and supplies, as well as hire people to work for me
- Grow to the point of being self-sustaining
- Becoming a true, possibly famous PMC
... and most importantly: Would this be considered a faction, a company, or both?
