Even though he is young, Felix carries himself in an incredibly mature manner. His back is always straight, his eyes face forward, and he has a way of making everyone in the room feel comfortable simply with his body language.
Perhaps as a result of his role within the Coratanni Family, Felix is almost always seen wearing extremely expensive clothes manufactured either by SIN or various luxury boutiques. At almost all times he has the latest gadgets and trinkets, and oddly enough he carries around small expensive gifts to give to people that catch his eye. All in all, Felix gives off an air of extreme wealth and charm.

Over the years Felix has learned to be incredibly charming and attentive, listening, observing, and pin-pointing exactly what the people around him want. Felix is an incredible mimic, able to tailor his personality and general demeanor to whatever situation is around him. He is able to ingratiate himself into dozens of cultures almost naturally, making him an incredibly good sales person.
Felix has a way of putting people at ease, finding out what they want most and making them believe that he can give it to them.

The trait it something that he inherited from his father, and is almost too obvious even at first glance of him. Felix carries himself with much as a King would when he walks among his subjects. Despite this however he has a way of never talking down to anyone. From the highest class of nobles to the lowest refugee on the street Felix is able to make people feel as though they matter to him, and only him.
This incredibly rare talent makes him an extremely personable, and most people who meet the young man leave with nothing but fond memories.
In private however Felix is a somewhat different person. He holds himself in high regard still, but tends to be far more nefarious. He is manipulative and even cruel, seeking to gain every advantage for himself and his family.

From a young age Nikolas taught Felix how to defend himself, mainly through the use of a knife. This early training gives Felix a way to fight if he ever needed to, but in reality he's better off just letting someone else take care of the problem.
In a fight with a force user Felix would be almost entirely useless, save perhaps for his wit.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Felix Thawne, or rather the child who would become Felix Thawne was born to loving parents in the midst of Coruscan't Senate District.
Both of Felix's parents worked and maintained standing within Coruscant's upper society, managing to work for the bureaucracies of both The One Sith and then later the Galactic Alliance. Neither of his parents were bad people, but rather simply a necessary part of how Coruscant actually operated. His parents were bureaucrats, his mother working within the transportation industry and his father overseeing permits for the construction of new buildings and facilities.
It was his fathers role that eventually saw Felix wind up with the Thawne's.
When Natalia and Slevin first came to Coruscant they were intent on constructing a new entertainment district alongside the Heartbeat House. This was done in a legitimate means, with permits and payments going to the Coruscant municipal government.
Of course having learned from his time under the authority of the One Sith, Felix's father attempted to extort a bribe from the SIN, a matter that would eventually prove to be fatal. Slevin caught win of the man's attempt, and in retribution paid him a visit. Within just a few days of his extortion attempt both Felix's father and mother were found dead within the gutters of Coruscant, apparently due to a mugging.
Felix himself was taken by Slevin, a gift for his beloved.
It was under the tutelage of Natalia that Felix's natural ability as a mimic became more and more clear. As he grew he was able to perfectly mirror another persons movement, mimic their voices, and all in all simply act in a way that put everyone around him at ease. This skill worked wonders among even his siblings, and Felix would often use his abilities to trick his brothers and sisters into giving him the treats they would sometimes get.
This gift was eventually distilled into a skill, and Felix, unlike the other Thawne children, was given the particular role of being the 'face' of SIN. He is one of the few children that will show himself in public, acting on behalf of his parents and operating outside of the shadows. Often times he will attend meetings, charm people attempting to approach SIN, and make powerful connections simply by talking.
Of course beneath this veneer of legitimacy also lays something else, mainly the fact that Felix is also the Coratanni Cartel's primary whole sale drug dealer.
